Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience at GameStop thanks to an employee named Jason. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He really knew his stuff—whether it was recommending games, explaining trade-in options, or helping me find exactly what I needed. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I left happy, and his customer service was easily some of the best I’ve seen at any store.

Negative experience: I have called several times and there is NO Answer. Not even an answer to ask me to hold.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed in this store’s “midnight” release of Pokemon Legends ZA tonight. I arrived at 11:32pm and noticed the doors were locked along with the security curtain down. The lights were on and I saw workers inside, so I assumed nothing of it as they were probably just waiting for midnight to open up. Roughly 10 minutes later other cars started showing up awaiting the “midnight” release. Around 11:50pm a few people got out of their cars and started lining up waiting for the doors to open up. Midnight finally arrived but the doors remained locked. 30 minutes of people waiting outside and finally the lights in the store go off for a couple minutes and then a couple employees come out with one of the gentleman stating that they are closed and the “midnight” release was actually at 11. However, everyone standing in line, including myself, was told earlier in the week or weeks prior it would be at midnight. The gentleman shrugged and said he doesn’t know who told us that but it wasn’t true and that he had already closed up and couldn’t sell/give us our preordered game. I find it extremely unprofessional that they had people waiting outside for 30 minutes and didn’t mention once what was going on. And if they did do the release at 11, why were they already locked up at 11:30 when I got there? Surely they could’ve stayed open until midnight. One more thing, I did notice the employees had the exclusive GameStop preorder bags for Pokemon Legends ZA, so I hope whenever I go to retrieve my copy tomorrow they still have those in stock.

Negative experience: This store is almost never open when they're supposed to be. 12pm says it's supposed to be open so why is it the metal shutter door is still closed at 12:30pm and sometimes even closer to 1pm !

Negative experience: The girl that was working just wanted to lean over the counter and play on her phone not really interested in helping the customers that come in

Fantastic experience: I love gamestop and enjoy visiting different locations. Today I took my boys to this one because we just moved here last week and it was the best one yet. Jonathan is super cool and super knowledgeable. He made my kids very comfortable and took care of all the customers making sure everybody was doing OK and making sure he accommodated.

Negative experience: Bought a ps4 from here 3 day ago and now the controller stoped working wont connect via wire or wireless 6 month update, the ps4 stopped working entirely don't waste your time going to GameStop go to a pawn shop and you'll get whatever you want cheaper and it'll last longer

Negative experience: I couldn't return my game bc I waited longer than 7 days even when I had the recipe and am a pro member "my hands are tied" is all I got lost $100 definitely not coming back

Negative experience: Drove 20 miles couldn't purchase a ps5 because the employee said his back hurt an he couldn't lift it an I'd have to come back at a later date when another employee is on duty people who can't or refuse to do their job shouldn't have one, plus he was extremely rude the entire time even when I offered to help

Negative experience: Walked into this place and it looked like the person behind the counter was helping someone never looked up from his phone. I waited patiently in line to ask a question and he then proceeded to ask how to spell a word that clearly had nothing to do with the person in front of me. I turned to walk out and the person in front of the counter supposed other customer said loudly "have a good day". Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: They always try to up charge you for everything!! They've screwed up multiple orders. Just go to Wal-Mart across the parking lot. The prices are the exact same, if not better.

Fantastic experience: Employees here offer above and beyond interaction. Helping you find what you’re looking for even letting you know another location where you can find what you’re looking for, If they don’t have it in stock. Employees are always friendly, and the store is always clean, well stocked, and inviting.

Negative experience: I can't believe gamestop is still open. With the ability to buy games online, why shop here? This place is a JOKE if you seek to them, for cash or credit!

Positive experience: The employees are helpful and the store is well stocked. I love the changes they've made but I miss them having older used games. If you're looking for stuff like PS3, Xbox360, Wii etc. You'll have to find them elsewhere.

Negative experience: I do wish I could give zero stars. I drove all the way out there to pick up product, after calling immediately before I left to verify it was still available. I was told clearly they will not hold product as was my wife who located the product hours before and offered to pay for it over the phone and was rejected. I accept that statement, drove out there, and literally watched the employee take the product from a shelf and put it behind the counter. When I told them I was there to purchase that item I was informed that it was on hold. Both employee and manager fully and totally incompetent, unhelpful, and useless. I will never in my life set foot in or purchase another product from GameStop, especially this location.
