Negative experience: You guys have Gregg working at two stores? I asked him a simple question about their inventory and he opens a drawer and flat out refuses to tell me what games they actually have in stock and lied about having “illegitimate, reprinted cover art” on the game. He clocked out and I checked the games out myself from his coworker. He just didn’t want me to buy Resident Evil for some weird reason. Guy is weird and should be fired for stealing and being dishonest. Will walk out anytime I see him at any GameStop.

Negative experience: Store still closed at 11am... employee stated they were running 5 minutes behind.....I've never had a job i was allowed to open the store late, and not get written up or fired..... thats weird.... you have an open time for a reason..

Positive experience: Meh underwhelming experience. I kinda caught them at a tense time the switch 2 drop was happening. Can't blame them for it honestly. Just wish they wouldve explained what I needed when asked about a game console trade in. Instead of being very vague and wasting time to come down there IN BIg print" if you are swapping out a game system for a trade in bring a controller and HDMI cord with you old system." Or it's worthless Hope this helps anyone not to waste their time

Negative experience: The employees working at this location are rude and not very helpful. I went in to buy Switch Joy Cons and they acted annoyed I was there. When I purchased pre-owned Joy Cons they wouldn't let me choose a specific color from the collection of pre used controllers they had. I usually don't go in person for a purchase like this because of this very reason and I definitely won't go back to Game Stop in the future.

Negative experience: Rude phone call. I heard him say “goddamn” under his breath. 10 second phone call and he couldn’t be professional. Phone call was so short because he was quick to put the phone down without saying anything. Sorry for working on mon-fri so I gotta call instead of driving over and checking. Your 10 secs were so valuable standing behind a computer. Btw don’t grade your cards through them. Took over 10 days just to ship it out.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service, fast service when available. Great selection and deals. Excellent location for a one stop shop for other errands. Restaurants, Home Depot, Walmart and Supermarket Liquors are all within walking distance! Management is great, staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say thank you to Gregg For helping me out at this location. I haven’t been to a GameStop in almost 2 years and I’ve got to say Gregg has been the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any GameStop location across the United States. His Knowledge and expertise Showcases at his job is beyond excellent. He helped me pick out an Xbox controller and helped me distinguish between the prices and workings of other items I was interested in getting. I gotta say Gregg you are a phenomenal employee. I will most certainly be visiting this GameStop again, as Gregg has revived my interest in shopping at the GameStop brand. Again, thank you Gregg for helping me out!

Positive experience: Kind and patient staff. I went in and impulse bought Pokemon Silver. Got the warranty because it was cheap. Went home, found that the game couldn't save (the internal battery was dead), came back and returned it. Didn't have the receipt so I had to get it on a gift card, but I'm fine with that. All 3 of the employees I talked to were very nice and patient with my discombobulated self. I will be coming back for a newer game soon.

Positive experience: Place has always treated me fair, as fair as some of their off policies would allow. I may not like the company itself a lot, but this location and their people have always been top notch. They never act like they are in a hurry or you're an inconvenience, not pushy or upscale happy and knowledgeable. They have never given me a reason not to go back. -1 star only cause the corporation itself isn't great and the place often smells like a sewer backup. Likely not their fault and you can tell they try to cover it up, some days more successful than others.

Fantastic experience: I was here with my boyfriend purchasing the Xbox Series X. Jason and Gordon are absolute phenomenal employees. Both of these guys made the experience super easy, and were very personable. They are both incredibly helpful and happy to answer any question you made have. HIGHLY recommend this store, even if it’s simply for the two of them.

Negative experience: I will never support this company again. After tracking down a store that had both things I wanted in stock, I did an online purchase for 2 items and went in the next day to pick them up after receiving the email they were ready. I drive over just to be informed that they can't fulfill my entire order because of a PS5 event they are having later that day. So I leave with my PS5 controller, but no charging dock... meanwhile my card was charged and I have to wait for a refund yet the counter was full of them for later customers. Smdh. To add to it the controller is messed up, not even going to bother trying to get customer service about that at this location.

Negative experience: Does GameStop even sell anything anymore? Don't have nothing im looking for and a bunch of empty boxes on the shelves that makes it look like they have controllers but just employees not trying to help people, only rush over when they seen me trying to figure out how to buy a controller for my console. And told me I can go check anywhere for it and i would not find it. Thats fine, I will check elsewhere, i dont have to shop at GameStop. I was trying to have a outing with my wife and the employees attitude ruined that. Btw why are there so many empty boxes of products GameStop cant get? Weird...

Negative experience: These location is completely useless. Everytime I have went in there to make a purchase, this location is out of stock or not sure what is going. Last time I went, 3 employees working and no one else in the store, I was ignored. Only after looking at a ps4 remote on the wall, an employee came over to tell me that " non are available and I can go to Walmart to make sure they don't have any either." A polite conversation could have been better than rushing us out the store. Guess they just give power to the employees cause they dont like consumers.

Fantastic experience: I love this place if there were a heaven this would be it. Or is probably and tom clancy would be God. Huge selection. Of funco pop as well as hundreds of other collectable for the nerd in your life and your inner nerd. As well as x box and ps4 which speed up the break up process with your relationship. Have fun.

Negative experience: I would NEVER sell anything here. They gouge you on the front end (buying used stuff), but that makes sense for someone like me who buys one video game every year or so. But, when “selling” games or accessories (I had an extra regular controller and two games that are still in the top 10 best selling xboxONE games) they gave me $11.80...the controller was $59.99 and both games I had purchased used at GameStop and they were both more than $25. They deduct the amount they pay you back by more than 50% IF you want cash rather than store credit (some deduction is reasonable, the employee didn’t even know how much it was, he just replied “yah” when I asked if they actually take more than 50%.... You’re better off going to a pawn shop, daily pawn is the best pawn shop in town in my opinion. I don’t work there or have any motive to recommend them, but GameStop is clearly all good with really screwing their customers when it comes to buying things back. 1/30th of market value is NOT reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give huge accolades to the staff at this store. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the employees here. From pre-ordering to just plain impulse buying...the folks at this location have been extremely helpful, communicative, and friendly. The negative reviews of this store were obviously made by some thin-skinned, whiney, beta-boy gamer types. Hands down the best GameStop in the region. Want to give top marks to my man Jonny, homegirl Kat (yeah...the gal with the red hair), and Allison. Y'all have made every shopping experience in your store a pleasant one.

Negative experience: I bought a used switch pro controller and it didn't charge properly. That's not the problem. I liked how it felt in my hands, so I wanted a new one to make sure it wasn't messed up. When I traded it in, I refused the warrenty because I currently don't have $10 extra. It's the reason I went with a used one to begin with. I'm stretching myself thin as it is. The cashier, Cat, made the passive-aggressive comment of "don't like protecting your stuff, okay." It was not necessary or appreciated. Games Ahoy is much friendlier and I will be going there from now on.

Negative experience: I almost went into this game stop today because I need an accessory for my wii u. I decided against it and I am so proud of myself because Ive learned my lesson after about 100 times. EVERY single time I go into this joke of a business there is a problem. Theyve sold me controllers with no back (battery cover). They sold me 3 broken copies of the same game in one day and sent me all over town. Ive had to return so many games and wasted so much time in this particular store

Negative experience: I've never had such a horrible experience than I've had today and yesterday with gamestop. In the past the gentleman with the the dark hair and glasses had been nothing but professional and polite providing excellent service (I believe his name is Chris) . However the experience with the women with dyed red hair was absolutely horrible. I called and tried to start the conversation off polite and in response I got blunt rude responses. I was calling to get a estimate on selling my Xbox she put me on hold for 10 min only to tell me that she couldn't help me and I had to come in. Once I came in she was even more rude in person. She was short and to be honest a man bonds with his Xbox over the years and to have employee make me feel as though I'm a burden isn't a good representation of the company. I understand that people can have a bad day but to have it happen multiple days in a row isn't acceptable. Edit: Had to go back in and the same woman was not only being rude again but she was bullying her Co-workers too.

Positive experience: Great staff for the most part. They do get distracted easily, but what gamer doesn't. The stock for the newest stuff is great, but they really don't care about stocking older stuff which is all I care for. Way too much space is taken up by over priced game themed toys, but that is every GameStop these days. I tend to find better deals on older stuff at the pawn shops because they will haggle and take lower than asking prices so really I can only give this place 3 stars. Works if you want something right now and they happen to have it, but if you have time to order online or shop the pawn stores then you can find better deals there.
