Negative experience: They used to answer your phone call and help you. Now it rings 3 times and a message says theyre busy and call back. That's the employees not wanting to deal with the phones. I called all day and they never answered. That's terrible business. I have no idea how corporate allows that.

Negative experience: So bought a turtle beach headset. Didn’t see it was for a PlayStation . Got home opened the box then noticed it was for a PlayStation . Returned the same day to exchange it or get a refund . The clerk working said they couldny refund it because it was opened !! Never will I step foot in a GameStop . No wonder they closing locations . Need to close them all !!

Negative experience: I will never again shop with GameStop, a little over a week ago I bought a ps5 controller from this location. When tried using the controller it didn’t work properly so I took it back to GameStop. The worker then tested the controller & it indeed was something wrong with it, the power button was pushed in. I didn’t catch her name but it was the same worker that sold me the controller. I tried exchanging it because I explicitly didn’t want a refund I just wanted a new controller & was told because I didn’t have the receipt I couldn’t but the worker did 100% remember selling me the controller. Because I didn’t have it they gave me $22 in store credit from a $73 purchase!! I don’t understand even without a receipt how I only received $22 bck for a controller that was ALREADY DAMAGED when I bought it!!!! & afterwards I had to spend $60 additional dollars!!! on a brand new controller, so in total I literally lost $150 freaking dollars behind these people selling a defective item!!

Thanks to the lovely woman at game stop who's name I forgot to ask. she was kind enough to look in their system and check the back to see if they had it in stock for me. Fantastic experience: The lady that was there (I can’t remember names for the life of me) was super helpful. I had to bring in an old PS4 to use the warranty in exchange for a different one and she took care of everything quickly. Great service

Negative experience: Bought a game for our son. Game wasn't compatible with our older PS5 system and tried to exchange it but was told that because it's a new game no exchange or refunds. And then was told it's their new policy and they aren't allowed to inform customers of this policy change before buying the game. This is ridiculous. Great job disappointing a 9 year old never going to GameStop again

Negative experience: Too Anyone that Bought College Football 25 from this store beware you were scammed. I walk in this store to buy College Football and was offered a package and was told by a guy name Shawn that if I pre ordered it and got this package I get madden 25 next month free. Under the impression this what it was I was told a locker comes with it and when I come back at 8:00pm I will receive that then. I bought the game the same day it came out but why would I walk in a store and pre order a game and pay $163 dollars for just a game, locker, football, and madden jersey that I was never told it was in the locker would be a lot. Reason I say that because I’m in the store tonight and the guy in there was helping me and I mentioned im picking up madden 25 next month free and he told me I wasn’t it was a mistake. I want to make it clear Shawn is the guy responsible for that mistake because if I pre ordered that game at 5:30pm and he knew he made a mistake I think it would have been wise to inform the customer you don’t get madden but still when I picked it up I asked again do I get madden 25 next month jay ask him he said yes so to anyone who got the locker all you gonna get is I’m sorry and the blame game but I think I’m old enough to know who told me what but your not getting madden 25 for free next month like you were told

Negative experience: Item marked $18 rang up $27.99. Sticker was correct and un altered. Manager said someone forgot the price increase sticker. He wouldn't honor marked price and best he would do was refund. I bought it anyway. I will never return. To a gamestop again.

Negative experience: Just had the absolute worst experience in my life after being a customer for over 6 years and counting. The rep Summer was completely unprofessional, rude , domestic know how to do her own job correctly had to walk her through the entire process. When we walked in she didn’t not greet or speak and continued scanning inventory instead of assisting. We asked for her to contact her supervisor , she said she’s not bothering her boss with this type of customer. She automatically assumed our transaction was illegal because of our race. I’ve never been racially profiled like this before. This was a very traumatic experience for me and my sisters. I no longer plan on contributing any more money to GameStop or their other corporations. And I will be filing a complaint through corporate

Fantastic experience: Didn't have what we needed but we're super helpful and pleasant. They pointed me to the game exchange which we ended up loving just as much as gamestop but had never even heard of. The store was definitely well stopped but what we were looking for isn't even sold in stores anymore as much as more likely to find on eBay as I found out later. So not having what I needed wasn't an issue with them so much is what I was looking for being a bit rare and obscure. Basically though I've never been to a GameStop I didn't enjoy in some way or another and this was no different. I found it extremely funny how close to two GameStops were to each other in this area though so apparently there's a great need for GameStops. I'm definitely happy we have them.

Negative experience: Brought Xbox Elite controller from them and it for 5 days and tired to return it and they dnt except returns from products that are open which is unacceptable I advise anybody that wants to purchase a console or accessories are games to not go there they're because their customer service is not what it's supposed to be and I will never purchase anything from them again

Negative experience: Bought a new PS4 controller that was defective and when I went to exchange it for a different one a couple weeks later they told me I couldn’t because I didn’t buy the warranty they were selling. All they could give me was $9 store credit if I wanted to sell them the controller.

Negative experience: What a terrible corporation. I have had generally bad experiences with this place all the way around. I have had used games that they were selling on the shelf for over 60$ before tax they would not even trade me for a game that was 18$ before tax saying all they could give me was 8 or 9$ store credit. I bought a playstation system here 364 days ago according to the computer in the store while the system is suppose to be under a year warranty they did nothing for me what so ever saying they only keep records for 7 days. I wish i could give them less stars than 1. After spending thousands of dollars at game stop and not getting and genuine customer service in return I have been made aware that they are a scamming place that has no more opportunity for my business. Spend your money elsewhere people.

Negative experience: I have been shopping at this gamestop for years and 9/10 times I find myself unsatisfied with what I see. Now keep in mind it's not only this location but most Gamestops I go to. I cannot begin to count the number of uncomfortable experiences I have had at this particular store. The employees are instructed to sale Gamestop memberships as well as Gamestop Credit Cards , almost forcefully. Now this isnt the only time I feel uncomfortable though, the other reason is people make mistakes. Again, I cannot begin to count the times I have gone to this store, (WHILE AT THE CHECKOUT LINE) an employee made a mistake in the back or on the floor and the MANAGER is "getting on" to the employee AS THEY ARE CHECKING ME OUT. Very unprofessional. This is a major reason I shop mainly online. Note: I have not had any problems with the employees, 100% of the problem is the Manager and how they are handling the situation IN FRONTOF PAYING CUSTOMERS. If the employee messed us, take them to the back. That is all.

Fantastic experience: Both reps were extremely helpful and nice. Attending to both in store and over the phone customers. Answered all questions thoroughly and was as helpful as could be with all questions. Offered multiple solutions for all choices of whether new or used. Even offered which stores had new items. Fantastic experience: Went into store looking for a particular game for my son. I did not see it on the shelves but on of the employees helped me by looking up inventory. The young female employee was very nice and helpful. I have never had any issues at this location. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
