Negative experience: We just went to this store to attempt to trade in my husbands gaming console for credit and the sheer amount of unprofessionalism that exuded from Jamie who was assisting us was astounding, although we understood that my husbands console was older and there was a possibility it would not be able to be taken, we were not okay with the fact she kept literally throwing our stuff around she got the console out of the box than tossed the box behind her on to the floor and proceeded to keep throwing items and they were taken out which caused us shock she was also just casually on the phone with someone on speaker which again unprofessional overall just not a good experience

Negative experience: Would not recommend dealing with these guys especially a newer employer named Michael freaked out when we confronted him they sold us a $80 controller 7 days ago that never turned on go to return it and are told we're out of money he can't help us because he's a new manager but if we called somewhere else they might be able to do it for us but he didn't want to. How rude is that. So we're out almost $100 during Christmas time thanks game stop will not return honestly would rather go to Walmart across the street. What are we supposed to do with an $80 paper weight ?

Negative experience: Store says open at 11:00 am and they wasn't. If you're going to open up later then this. The store people should of put on the door saying this. To me that is bad business hear. I'll be calling the main office hear and reporting this to them.

Fantastic experience: The people who work there are pretty knowledgeable about video games and video game culture. They are also very friendly and want your visit to go well. I couldn't ask for more from a store employee! If I could leave a tip I sure would have!

Negative experience: Was put on hold for 40 mins and was not helped. I was assured after calling two minutes later and was helped…. Seriously 40 mins to be told would leave a product to the side sold it and as a disabled person it took all my energy to get up there and they sold it. They litterally don’t care about people. Truly a garbage store

Negative experience: So I bought a controller at the 172nd location in Arlington 3 days ago with the $7 warranty plan. I go into the Everett mall location and she’s telling me she can’t find anything in her system even tho I HAVE THE RECEIPT and gave it to her… so now I have to waste 30 mins travel time and GAS that I don’t have to back track to Arlington. This is NOT my fault and if I have to backtrack that far just for a controller I think I should get compensated or something…. I’m beyond irritated.

Fantastic experience: That was the best customer service experience with Kelvin for my super specific Nintendo Switch accessory I was looking for! Very rarely is that kind of friendly thorough and above & beyond kind of customer care out there any more, especially over the phone! Negative experience: Not really happy bout driving to this location to find out they are closed, sign says "will be back at 3:30" almost 5pm and the store is closed. Asked around the shops at the mall and they mentioned they close randomly pretty frequently.

Negative experience: I pre-order a game 3 months ahead of time. Then I get there at open to find out they won't have the game till midday? That's ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never pre-order another game from here. So disappointing.

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter's birthday was a few days ago. She told me 2 days before her birthday she would like an Oculos 2, like, what the heck was that!?? Searched the web Amazon was a week out and other stores the same or weeks out. Did a G search and found one that could be delivered that day by GameStop. They said they could deliver the same day. We ordered it and to my ecstatic surprise, less than 3 hours later received an email saying it had been delivered! I popped off a draft saying basically, no way! Before putting my foot in my mouth and hitting the send button, I decided to check first. It was on the front porch! Said a quick thank you prayer and changed the email to say thanks for the excellent service and delivery. At her birthday party, I messed with her mind as she mentioned what she was saving her birthday money to buy. I acted like what the heck was an Oculos 2 and made it the last present to be opened. It was a day to remember for a long time! Thanks GameStop for helping us make her birthday a hit!!

Positive experience: Awesome store. Really slow during the week which is a plus because it let me ask for help when I could find what I needed. The employee was super nice and helped find exactly what I needed and actually helped me find a gaming accessory I had been searching for. Overall a great experience, store has a decent game selection. More popular titles than anything else.

Fantastic experience: I like Gamestop for their offer to buy used video games. I take my old games into the store and I can get either cash back or store credit. You get more for your money's worth when you choose store credit. Otherwise the total amount decreases quite a bit of you want cash back.

Negative experience: Dude who was either a manager orNike with shaved head and man bun on top was very rude, short and rather finishing the job with us pawned us off to someone named Niko, didnt even look up the game we asked if they had used then had multiple copies of a game on the shelf that we were told from another GS we came from and didn't have, the first guy was rude to the person working with them. If I could give 0 then I would.

Fantastic experience: Always a great shopping experience at this store and the employee are so helpful 5*. Hopefully the corporate guys take note. They are switching up to displaying the new and used prices on new boxes instead of only having the in stock pre owned titles on the shelf. So the issue is you spend 30-45 min picking your b2g1 games only to discover at checkout that 2 are unavailable and you are out of luck and leave empty handed. People are more likley to make a purchase if they can get what they have selected. If this is how they want it they need to allow orders on pre owned games to be part of b2g1 deals. Cost them $75 on black friday.

Negative experience: Preordered a pokemon steelbook and poster and only got the dual pack, no poster, no steelbook. Y'all only get as many posters/steelbooks as you do preorders, so that's pretty frustrating.
