Negative experience: For the love of God can we get something closer to Payson!?!? I have only successfully purchased anything at the Provo GameStop one time. They have a good selection of stuff and I find what I'm looking for easily and then I find myself standing in line until I finally give up sit my stuff down and walk out because the one single person working the counter is always just talking to the next guy in line about games and consoles and what they might like in the future and what they like about this game and what they hated about that game and nothing to do about making any sales or trying to get people through the line. This day for example I walked in grabbed my penny sleeves and grabbed a couple packs of cards and got in line. For 19 minutes I stood in line as the third person and listened to the cashier talk to the customer about what they thought would make a particular game better and how easily they could do it. The entire time not doing anything with the console that the guy brought in to trade in. I've never been to any other GameStop like this one and I would not attempt to come to this one if it was not the only one close to where I live and it leaves me wondering how much money do they lose on a daily basis because customers get tired of standing around waiting

Fantastic experience: Went in to do a trade-in with Ezra. He was such a stud and made a long process feel like it took no time at all. Ezra made my experience a really enjoyable experience.

Negative experience: They ran out of the shiney koridon so fast I was just five hours after it opened the day it came out and they were all gone. Please make more my son really wanted one and he studied it and he could not find anywhere it was limited supply so make more please.

Fantastic experience: I have been shopping at this gamestop as well as several other gamestops in the area for many years now. I can confidently say that this gamestop is the best of them in the vicinity. They have a great selection of Retro games, which is the #1 thing I look for. They also have a great selection of new and modern games if that's more what you are looking for. The staff is fantastic as well being both knowledgeable and excited without being pushy. I especially want to shout out Gabby who is awesome at her job! She is smart and can talk with you about a wide variety of things wether it's games, consoles, trading cards, or collectibles. Overall this gamestop is one of the best you can go to.

Negative experience: I have an order that was packaged on 4/8 and still has not shipped yet it was to be delivered on 4/12.

Negative experience: Had an employee lie to me about a game having a late-night release. I have now wasted about 2 hours and I'm not even home yet. I'm never coming back to this location again. Employees are incompetent at best and outright liars at worst.

Negative experience: Bought Smackdown vs Raw 2008 on XBOX 360 and they gave me a copy on PS3. Where's my PS3 to play it then?

Positive experience: The guy at the counter was so helpful and not pushy at all! He knew what he was talking about and gave good advice! This store was clean but all GameStops feel cluttered to me with how much stuff they have in there.

Negative experience: They don't open until noon on Sunday. 10:00 a.m. posted time is wrong.

Fantastic experience: The two guys that were here working the night I was there were awesome! The specific guy who helped me was knowledgeable and super helpful. If there were questions he couldn't answer, he looked into it and found answers for me. Super helpful!

Fantastic experience: Online customer service is literally the worst, but coming in store we were helped better and faster than 3 months of 20 back and forths with countless cust serv reps through email. Calling customer service also doesn’t work bc it says wait times are over an hour and hangs up every time. This location however had the NICEST people working. They helped us get what we needed and went above and beyond. THANK YOU SO MUCH pls support this specific location! They deserve it(:

Do you play Xbox or maybe Playstation? Well, they got stuff for everyone! All you need to do is head in and let the friendly employees help you find what you're looking for!

Positive experience: Each year, gamestop stores have fewer preowned games on disc. Gamestop has only a few preowned very old Xbox360 on DVD left. Most Playstation3 games are gone. At least there are still some old Xbox1 and Playstation4 games available. Most preowned games are over priced.

Negative experience: The guy that checked me out keep pushing me to sign up for the power plus program even after I said do multiple times. I live about 100 miles from a gamestop. I only visit one once or twice a year. I explained this but he keep pushing. Wouldn't recommend this location.
