Hi Mauricio, I want to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication here. You’ve been an incredible supporter of our store over the past several months, and I completely understand why this experience was frustrating—especially after you were more than reasonable and accommodating about the original mistake.

You were absolutely right that the missing disc should have simply been added to your next order, and I appreciate that you were trying to help us avoid extra shipping costs in the process. The delay in getting back to you was not intentional, but I understand that from your perspective it understandably came across as being ignored.

We’re a small team handling a high volume of emails, repairs, orders, and day-to-day operations, and while that’s not an excuse, it is something we’re actively trying to improve so situations like this don’t happen again. I hate that this overshadowed what had otherwise been a positive experience with us.

I truly appreciate the support you gave our store, and I’m sorry we let you down on this interaction.

Mauricio, after your updated review, I wanted to address the additional concerns you raised.

First, I want to apologize again for the mistakes on your last two orders. Receiving the wrong disc in one shipment and then having a game missing from a subsequent order is understandably frustrating, and it's not the standard we aim for.

Regarding the missing game, I responded to your email shortly after receiving it Sunday morning and immediately processed a replacement shipment so it could go out on the next business day. While we're closed on Sundays, I wanted to make sure the issue was addressed as quickly as possible.

I also want to clarify that our expansion into Pokémon TCG has not come at the expense of our commitment to video games. Retro and modern gaming remain the core of our business and where the vast majority of our time is spent. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, mistakes do occasionally happen—and in your case, two happened much too close together.

We're continuously working to improve our processes and reduce errors, and I sincerely regret that these experiences damaged your trust in our store. I appreciate the support you've shown us over the past several months and am sorry we let you down.
