Fantastic experience: Went in to get pokemon tcg grading done. The staff was super helpful and made it an easy process. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff is worth gold. The store is in a mall and the last holdout of GameStop.

Fantastic experience: It's a shame that so many locations close down. The Southland location the employees are always nice and very helpful. I hope in the near future locations open back up I used to have one close to my house which is now gone

Negative experience: Spent 40 mins in line for a pickup order. To be told that they dont know where it is at ‍♂️ Poor coordination. They have an email system that’s broken and a retail experience that is forgettable. Not worth it to save 10$ on pre owned games.

Negative experience: Ordered 2 nintendo switches for my sons for christmas but only received one. After a month and a half they are sending the replacement. No sorry or compensation for my wasted time. Horrible service and will never order from again.

Negative experience: They sold my Son a damaged playstation gift card. They didn't give his money back or issue him a new one. They said its not their problem. It seems they take advantage of kids just to make a sale. On top of that the manager is rude and should be audited for theft and embezzlement.

It would take him a little longer hopefully to beat everyone was very helpful and they gave him good prices for the games that he traded

Fantastic experience: This place deserves to have a 5-star review because even though it is the model of corporate consumer game stores, they really do understand their target audience and what they need to do to be in this market with all the good and bad that that entails. Yes, the workers for the common corporate lines and try to sell, but isn't that what having a business is supposed to be about? Agree with me or not they don't necessarily twist your arm and are generally polite when you decline their wares and are often very helpful and knowledgeable when you have a question or need as a customer. I love coming through and browsing what's available in the gaming world and geek world even if I generally don't purchase much here. GameStop offers the eye candy I enjoy when window browsing through and I generally have a good experience when I pass through.

Fantastic experience: Nice and polite Gamestop! Only downfall is that the Playstation'4 consoles are expensive as heck, even the used ones. I recommend that they should charge 200 for ps4 slims and 300 for ps4 pro consoles because not many people can spend 300 bucks for a ps4 slim. Overall, amazing Gamestop, again.
