Negative experience: I just wanted a couple pop figures and weird guy Xavier that works there would not stop shoving the rewards card down my throat ..he does it everytime but this time was ridiculous and rude threw my pops in a bag and was angry I didn't want the card. Need better people than this i will take my business somewhere else.

Negative experience: They gave me the wrong cord by the time I realized it I had it opened and according to their “policy” they cannot accept or exchange it. Please just order it online you can wait instead of being scammed by these crooks

Negative experience: I see why GameStop is going under; and it’s not because of online marketplaces. I went in to look at games and a PC Flight Joystick; the guy at the counter was very sarcastic the whole time and when i asked about a sign, he sounded very offended that I was even interested in buying games. The guy then said that he was going to call every other GameStop about me and yelled at me to get out of his store. I barely said anything the whole time, and had only asked about a sign which was somewhat misleading. There was another customer before me who he treated the same way while we were browsing games. The manager had been talking crap about a pair of headphones that the customer had picked out for his son or maybe grandson and saying that they wouldn’t last a month and that his $400 pair were much better. 0/10, won’t be back; GameStop is a shell of its former glory.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. My son and I came in to buy a Pokémon plush. The employee told us we only had two minutes because he was going on lunch break. We picked an item in under a minute and brought it to the counter, but he refused to ring us up because he had already clocked out. We waited outside for about 35 minutes for him to open the store back up. When we came back in, he scanned the item and said the system wouldn’t let him sell it. Not that his system was down, but that the one specific item we wanted to purchase wouldn’t ring up. I offered to pay cash or have him manually enter the price, but he declined both and said he probably wouldn’t be able to get help since it was close to 5 PM and that they wouldn’t be in any hurry to resolve the issue. All in I wasted an hour of my life I will never get back. At least now I know not to ever spend a red cent at Gamestop again. Mistakes happen, but the situation felt avoidable and poorly handled. We ended up buying the item next door at Walmart. It was disappointing, especially since this should have been a simple purchase. I hope management reviews how situations like this are handled in the future.

Negative experience: The man working there that goes by Xavier needs to be gone. He is so rude and called me hostile because I questioned why the clearance wasn’t 30% off when there was a sign right above it that said so. Even others in the store were shocked by his behavior and left the store. He wouldn’t even share his name or managers information until I was walking out the door and then screamed it at me. If you want to be talked down to because you are woman then this is place to go. Will never return. Contacted corporate as well.

Fantastic experience: I was strung across three different stores Just to get a Trade done I got there. The manager over the store was working was super efficient. Phenomenal took care of me more than I could’ve asked. I just wanted to get Borderlands4 and I left with a new GameStop I just moved to the area. This is going to be my GameStop. From now on thank you again!

Negative experience: The store is nice and clean. The guy working the counter not as much. Today at 4:30 pm 8/17/2025 the guy behind the counter is rude and a liar. 1st Me and some other customers heard him lie to a couple customers about a video game system to try to sale a over priced system that they had in stock. I'm glad the customers said they were going to do there own research. When he said what he said, me and other customers looked at each other in disbelief. I know they are in business to sell but you shouldn't lie to people to get a sale. 2nd I was next in line and he rudely went to help the guy beside me. I spoke up what I needed he seemed bothered. 3rd He was clueless on what is going on around him in the store. My daughter was waiting in line to purchase an item but all he cared about was the guy he skipped me for to help. Luckily the man told the rude employee to please check out my daughter so we could leave. I know technically he was there before my daughter but I did hear him tell the customer that he couldn't help him because he didn't buy a warranty. Oh I know its a video game store but damn he looked like he was in his pajamas. There is a guy that works there that is very courtesy to customers. I don't know his name because no one wears name tags anymore. The guy was skinny and real cool kinda reminded me of Shaggy from Scoobby Doo.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. I went to buy a NEW console from this GameStop and the woman behind the counter named Liv as it stated in the receipt. Threw my console I had just purchased across the counter. Also since when does GameStop not give a military Discount??

Negative experience: I had bought a pre-owned game last weekend. The game itself was in good shape but didn't even come with a case. After leaving I went to Walmart and found the same game brand new for two dollars more so this weekend I went to return the game. I was within the seven days that I have to return a game. The person running the store had no idea how to process a return which doesn't make sense to me, your left alone in the store but dont know how to do a return. So she called a manager, after a couple of minutes and her asking me a couple of questions. She asked why I was returning it and I said because I found it at a better price at another store. After she told that to her manager on the phone she hung up and said her manager said that buyers remorse is not covered on their return policy. That I would be unable to return the game. I would not recommend this location at all. After this im done with gamestop I will just start getting my games at Walmart better prices anyway.

Negative experience: Came in to browse switch games, while perusing, a staff member basically hovered over us commenting on each game i picked up to look at. We found one we wanted for $13.99. Came to the counter to purchase and the game rang up $33.99, they would not honor the price on the case as it was “months out of date”. “They had people they have to answer to and it would get them in trouble” Whos fault is that? Not mine. The game is on the shelf, sell it to me for the price displayed. Trying to purchase a game on Father’s Day for my husband to play with our kids… instead our son left in tears kicking and screaming that he couldn’t buy the game for his dad. No one would give us contact information or reach out to a district manager. Thanks for the “excellent” service. We won’t be back.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Spent an hour looking at games decided to buy used game marked at 13.99. After waiting 15 minutes at the counter for two people to cash one person out while they tried to trick him into applying for a credit card. Then they tell me that the game will actually cost $33. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and said that even though the game was marked at 1399 that was several months out of date and they could not offer that price that they had people that they had to. I am sorry the game was marked at that price. It’s not doing their job. Will never go back to this location more than likely will go to GameStop. I would give zero stars if that was an option. One star Seems far too generous. I asked the regional managers name. No one would give it to me. Finally one person said it might be Teresa but good luck trying to get a hold of her. What an absolute joke.

Fantastic experience: Jack is the man. You won’t find better service. I’m not much of gamer. I play random things and almost always need help. He’s your guy. Let’s just say I dabble secretly at shops here add there. If he’s not paid more at next review then I’ll steal him for my store. Jack you are a gentleman and a scholar and your name is with remembering. You have great advice about hardware and games. You were knowledgeable about upcoming games. You smoke highly of your staff and upper management also. Store is nice and clean. And well maintain. It opened on time, and well organize. Manager was missing for quite a long time but was extremely nice when present. Game stop at this location is fantastic. I had rave about Jack because he’s worth it. The other staff that I’ve met are amazing at this location also

Fantastic experience: I think this GameStop store is one of the best because they have all the coolest stuff ever like I just found Call of Duty Black Ops the Marvel Spider-Man game I just feel like a bunch of games and I just got like six of them that day for like a great price and it has so much cool Collectibles like all the Pokémon mugs and t-shirts and everything I was shop here every single day that's why this place gets like five stars pretty much it deserves 100 Stars though but this thing only rates five stars so it deserves more than that

Negative experience: Rarely ever actually see this store open. Even today Sunday they close at 7pm but it's 4pm and their doors and security are locked. Regardless of a note on the door. This store should be open!

Negative experience: Just drove 20 minutes to go to the store specifically I pull on the door at 12 o’clock that’s when they open and I see three employees in there. It’s up to employees just looking at me wondering what I wanted I wanna come in the store that’s open but your doors are closed well I was gonna spend $80 This was my last straw with GameStop ration that cares nothing about their customers or policy

Negative experience: Staff was nice but the prices??? They wanted 50 dollars for a 4 year old used game, that sold brand new next door at walmart for 20 dollars. I confronted the staff and he confirmed the price was correct inspite of it being cheaper next door (showing him the price and literally being 100ft away) so I went to walmart. If gamestop wants to know why it's going out of business prime example. All you do is video games how are you getting beat so badly? Mmmmm

Negative experience: Was talked Into a used controller and purchased a 2 year garentee with promise to be able to bring it back if it fails. Less then a month ago. The controller worked for a week. They can’t get another controller for me and wanted me to pay the difference for a new one ……. When I refused I was told I would be given a full refund so went to get that and got kicked out of the store. Don’t waste your money on the extra warrenty they don’t have what’s needed to keep there end up

Positive experience: This is the best gamestop location great friendly employees and a wide selection of the best games on the market not to mention a great collection of any of the collectibles you might be looking for. I have to lower my rating a little because the guy who was working in this place yesterday is very rude and must hate his job the way he acts. He wouldnt really talk unless he had to then when he did it was super rude and smart like he just acts like he is mad at the world and hates everything but other then this one guy this place is awesome.

Negative experience: Looked online this morning for a game to come grab, it said they had it in stock on there website drove 40 minutes to come grab it. When I got here walked in and ask for it they don’t have it it’s another place that has it this has happened multiple times here they need to update or fix there website.

Negative experience: Because they take advantage of mostly kids buying their video games back if I had not been there to take up for my grandson they would have took him for his games would have give him nothing for them when I say nothing I mean like $2 a piece when they charged 30 to 60 a piece to buy them
