Negative experience: horrible experience, lied about having items in stock when asked over the phone to confirm, and locked the doors two hours before the posted closing time, very inconvenient especially cause this is the closest gamestop near me.

Negative experience: I have never been to a retail store that could not fulfill an in store pickup order the day after it is placed. I ordered items from this store, went to pick them up, and despite me looking at those items on the shelf, the employee working the counter said that my in store pickup was not able to be fulfilled until an unknown amount of time had passed. I would have canceled my pickup order and just purchased the items in store right then, but the employee behind the counter looked like he was an axious wreck. After hearing him complain about a customer call to another customer he was assisting (with great difficulty and anxiousness), i figured a refund would be too much for the poor guy to handle.

Fantastic experience: Worker Ellie was super fun to chat with while me and my boyfriend were trading in some things. There was another worker but sadly didn’t catch his name, they both recommended some cool things to buy and new figures they have online. Amazing staff they have here!

Negative experience: Do not buy used PlayStation controllers from them. I bought one, it didn't work properly so I went and switched it out, lasted a day and it had stick drift already. Their used controllers are crap, most likely spray with electric contact cleaner so they work for a little bit but in the end it's a waste of time and money. Buy new controllers only.

Negative experience: Employee did not clarify return policy by giving the incorrect timeframe. Was then not granted the timeframe given. They have no sense of owning up to mistakes and just leave the customer with nothing but a bad experience.

Positive experience: Only 6 bucks for 2 games that's 2 months old $6 bucks. But the employees were cool and informative individuals I enjoyed conversing with. Would recommend but never sell your have to this greed of a company. I used to sell 10 games just to get enough store credit to buy games as a kid and teenager. Don't do it. You'll have 1 game after all that diminishes your collection of games.

Negative experience: Was there at 5pm there was a note on the door saying be back at 5:10. Well 5:20 hits and nothing. There was other people waiting as well. We just gave up waiting because nobody came back. I don't know what was going on but it should be looked into.

Fantastic experience: Went to buy a used copy of FFVII remake. The store attend Mike was awesome. Handled a busy store great while also taking phone calls simultaneously and didn’t skip a beat providing excellent service to anyone despite being by himself during a rush. Only downside to the experience is we didn’t get to talk more about final fantasy on checkout because it was so busy. Thank you again Mike for handling that busy rush with ease, game’s awesome so far

Negative experience: I've been going to gamestops for many years. It's a sad place to be. There are some games, but I mostly buy things online. They are trying to keep the stores alive by offering a place to trade in games for cash or store credit but all in all I wasn't impressed. More accessories, toys, and clothes than games.

Positive experience: Staff was nice. I thought they had some unique offerings that a gamer and kids would enjoy. However, I was instructed to go there to make a return for Happy Returns. It took two trips, and they could only accept the one item as they did not have a bag big enough to accept some shoes. The first trip I made there they were closed. Carefully check their hours as they vary day to day.

Negative experience: I love GameStop but this is the WORST one ever have been to. The staff was so rude when I was in there (well just 1 employee that I interacted with). I would not recommend going to this location. I asked him a question and he came at me with an attitude and a rude remark. Not sure if he was having a bad day or not but doesn’t give anyone the right to treat people with disrespect. I will start driving out of my way to go to another GameStop.

Brittin is the guy i worked with. Excellent guy with great customer service. Every time I've been in here, he's always been really helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s in my life. I’ve been going since I was a kid waiting in line for Halo 2. This store wasn’t much different than most, but the guy at the register really went above and beyond what I normally expect from GameStop employees. His name on the receipt was Kristopher and he was so helpful, kind, and eager to make sure my experience was the best. 10/10 best employee I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. He did such a good job I ended up just buying a game I was on the fence about. Thanks for the great service.
