Experiencia negativa: Store is so unorganized and barely has employees. Went to get the Gangar promo card and supposedly they did have it then didn't have it, he couldn't find it, he doesn't even work at this location. Get it together and from the looks of the other comments from three years ago, he apparently does work at that location.

Experiencia negativa: I'm sure the employees working there are great but I yearn for the days when I could go into this GameStop and ask for a game and buy it that same day. It seems that within the last decade this physical store only holds copies of used games, controllers, and consoles. Hardly anything current or new. They only hold stock of what has been pre-ordered, which is a practice I do not wish to support. I'd say just order physical copies of your games from Amazon unless you pre-ordered from here.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is simply amazing , hardworking staff and fun to talk to. People don’t understand that the associates are human beings just like everyone else. Do are simply doing there job like everyone else do. You treat them with respect and you get back simply as that. But unfortunately for the good people in this location people are so full of themselves they cause the problem instead of the workers. Keep up the good work guys

Experiencia negativa: We have a issue with whoever is working at this location and brings several ppl with them and they are in the car in the parking lot for hours and frequently come into our establishment to use the bathrooms and also they trash the parking lot . It's now become a nuisance. And I can't imagine it being safe for the young man that has autism that they allow to wonder about the property nightly. We've had to assist him several times

Experiencia fantástica: Abel was super friendly and helpful, great customer service! He was able to quickly look up whether they had the games I was looking for, and made sure to let me know about the 7 day return policy if anything was wrong with them. The store was clean and had a pretty good selection, better than the gamestop that is closer to me. I would definitely drive the extra distance to return to this location!

Experiencia negativa: Unacceptable. Went in to purchase one deluxe version of a late-gen game. None were in stock. Which is fine and expected sometimes, but it certainly wasn't because it sold out. I keep wondering what the purpose of this shop is if it doesn't carry ALL of the latest video games in the latest generations. Sales assistant was curteous, but unhelpful and focused solely on selling me a different, unrelated product. It's a complete systematic failure of the merchant and Gamestop should transition to online-only it this is going to be the case. Please understand consumers will begin defaulting to ecommerce if this continues. I, myself, couldn't imagine returning to the store when I could have simply ordered the game to save the frustration. And I would have. I was just certain Gamestop would have the game.

He didn't rush me and offered valuable opinions on switch games and PS4. He knew all the current promotions and made sure I got the best value for my trade ins! Definitely go to this one! Experiencia positiva: Went to pre order a game a few months ago. The kid taking my preorder asked if I wanted to get the insurance on the hard disk. I politely declined. He then tells me, "Well, since it is a new game, the insurance helps with possible glitches and bugs that the game will have." How does insurance that a store offers covers glitches and bugs that the video game creators fix with frequent updates?! I want to believe he was lying just to get that sale rather than him actually being stupid enough to think their insurance covers software issues....
