Experiencia fantástica: I had an incident go fairly bad when I ordered a used Xbox off of their website and had it shipped to me. It was obvious that this poor thing went through the ringer from the prior owner and that the store did nothing to prep the item for re-purchase. I brought the mess up to this location and the staff member, Maddy, was quick to take care of this issue and offer an exchange with zero-hassle or hold up. I appreciated her promptness and ease of exchange, making the original mishap feel like a forgotten problem with the quick solution offered. Thanks again. I'll probably bring my kid back here due to all of the Pokemon paraphernalia as well, lol.

Experiencia fantástica: This sign says clearance only $5 all clearance funko pops. Normally people would ask where they are and not assume all pops are clearance. If you are unsure which ones are clearance it’s always best to ask before hand.

Experiencia negativa: So you clearly walk in and there is a whole wall display of " Funko" Pops. They are little bobble head characters that you might have grew up with, I'm with my 2 daughters and I even wanted one. The wall had a sign saying clearance 5 dollars right in front of all of these nice ones you can pick from, me and my daughters spent 20 min looking, picking out which one we wanted. I'm a 40 year old man so I was doing this for my girls, I even asked the employee if they had a certain different types of characters I grew up with, this whole time he registers are right next to us, I even started talked to another shopper about how they were only 5 bucks on clearance. So I go to check out they ring up 20.99, I said sir it says that all of the funko pops are in clearance for 5 bucks. He brings me over to the center of the store this store is little I mean you couldn't fit more then 30 People in there. Shows me this little table and says here are the ones that are 5 dollars. I was pissed I told him then why is there a clearance sign in front of the other ones, he said corporate makes them do it. Corporate just lost a customer this is total crap they could honored that one time

Experiencia negativa: I went in the store yesterday. Was helped by cameron. I had one simple request. I want to trade these three games in and use the credit to get gift cards. He stated he was going to put the money on a preorder and I’ll get more and I can come back later and cancel and get the credit. Again I told him I just want to trade these games for gift card. This went on for a couple minutes then he acted agitated that I didn’t want to preorder a game. Finally I thought we got somewhere until I got home and checked the website and I did not get as much for my games as it said. So I checked my receipt and I had been charged 25 dollars for a pro membership. I was not asked or told that it was on there. To me that is theft. Taking money without asking. It felt like I was in a sleazy used car lot with someone doing everything they can to take advantage of me for simply walking in the door and being a customer. Needless to say I will never walk back in that store. Then had to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service to ask for refund for something I would have told cameron I didn’t want if he would have asked. I understand now why the store was completely empty. If you look at your customers simply as someone to take advantage of they stop complaining. I did not feel appreciated that I chose to do business with them. I was just someone to take advantage of. I hate to say it but it may just be time to close the doors if you can’t appreciate the people who spend money in a place so you can have a job. But putting charges on someone without asking should be immediate termination in my opinion because it’s stealing from your customers. Shame on you cameron and shame on you GameStop

Experiencia negativa: The amount of times I’ve gone here, I’ve had good experiences but mainly bad ones. Mainly due to one particular employee who does nothing harass people into getting something that they probably have zero interest in. Also, prices here especially for older games can be outrageous sometimes! That’s why I’ve stepped away from this store, and just been using EBay, Best Buy, Wal-Mart or Mercari because I find stuff for better prices there & I don’t get harassed about things.

Experiencia negativa: Alright, so. I was having a pleasant experience just browsing by myself (this location has nice options for essentially everything). Then, a worker comes over and asks if I need any help. I already knew what I was looking for so I respectfully declined. He then proceed to react disrespectfully toward me not needing any help from him. The guys name was Noah or something and safe to say, I will not be getting anything from HIM. I have had so many pleasant experiences here but he definetly put a damper in my opinion of this location.

Experiencia negativa: I came in the other day asking for an item and the manager Nick blurted out loudly “we don’t sell that in store, only online because it’s cheating”…confused a bit I asked, “you all sell something illegal that can get you banned?” Nick stated yes!…..subsequently Noah, one of the the workers stated, “you should just practice, instead of cheating”……. I spoke with Nick afterwards in reference to how unprofessional their comments were to me in a store with customers. I didn’t know much about the product, but why would a customer automatically assume something illegal would be sold at a legitimate business?

Experiencia positiva: The service here is nonexistent. Always long lines and no help available. Employees would rather talk about their hobbies and games they play than to help customers. Long wait times when you finally make a decision. go to your local pawn shop instead if you're looking for a used game. Otherwise buy online save yourself the trouble.

Experiencia positiva: Prices are decent considering i buy games off ebay but inflation is so high it's about the same so I just bought here but I am disappointed with a game i bought that was used but the case was dirty the disk was scratched up i can't believe they would sell nasty dirty scratched games it's a shame I know next time I will throughly check my games and reject reject anything that is in terrible condition weather it works or not you pay hundreds of dollars for a gaming system and don't want it torn up by putting garage in it stop the greed stop selling trash

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter into the store to purchase a PS4 game. The sticker price on the game was $35; however, when the associate saw it, he asked the other associate if they were still that price and the other one said no, it’s back to the regular price. Apparently, the game still had the Black Friday price on it but that was not our fault and they would not honor the sticker price. The two associates were not concerned with making this right. Definitely poor customer service!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place a zero star I would. I usually love GameStop, but website ordering needs some major tlc. I placed an order and not only is the order not showing up in my order section, but they had no problem taking my money. I received the confirmation email yet no update as to when I can pickup my order from the store. Yes it has been more than 24 hours. Tried emailing and calling customer service both just dead ends. As much as I hate to say this GameStop is about to lose my business.

Experiencia negativa: Stood in line for 2 hours not because of the crowd but because of the workers the staff is very slow it should be priority to get everyone in and out being that the store is so small I saw someone taking merchandise because the store was so crowded staff please do a better job of keeping crowd down if one person walks away from the register make sure there’s another worker present

Most of the time you can get the new game for a few dollars more but most cases its cheaper to buy it digital from either PSN or Xbox live. Experiencia fantástica: We've encountered many GameStops over the years but none offer the customer service this location offers. Kate was extremely helpful. She took the time, by phone, to check our warranty on a console then talked through options with us. In store, she and the staff were friendly and you can tell they take pride in their store. If I could give Kate's store 100 stars, I would.
