Experiencia negativa: Went in today looking for the new Riftbound card game and was told that the only product received was preordered and there was none available for sale keyword being RECEIVED as this is important later. When I asked what the hold policy was for preorders I was told that product was held for 48 hours after the store had received it. I asked how long it would be until preorders were released as the "shipment was received late" only to be told that they were unsure as the product was in transit. I do not appreciate being lied to and I will not return to this store again.

Experiencia negativa: This afternoon, I had a very disappointing experience while visiting your store with my relatives. One of your employees yelled at my relative, telling him to put down a Funko Pop he was considering buying and saying he was “too old” to be looking at it. The same worker had just been friendly with another customer but was rude to us. This made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I can’t help but wonder if this could have been related to racial discrimination, as we are Hispanic and the employee was African American. Regardless, no one should be treated that way. Please look into this issue to ensure all customers are treated equally and with respect.

Experiencia negativa: Pre-ordering games is pointless. I pre-ordered a game that released yesterday and STILL unavailable to pick it up because the employee is too lazy to go through the boxes. He told me he got distracted with customers and he would have it out the next day. Came in the next day and he was working, so I stood line and he saw me and knew what I was there for. After waiting in line 30 minutes for him to finish with trade-ins, he then calls the customer that came in after me up to the counter, and the customer didn't want to cut in front and told him to help me first. THEN tells me he still didn't go through the boxes and told me to wait until he finished with the customer he was working with AND the one that came in after me. He could have told me prior so wasn't just wasting time for him to tell me he still didn't go through them. Another customer came in and he started helping them and I walked out at that point. Completely disrespected and disregarded.

Experiencia positiva: Bought Silent hill 2 remake " new" but first of all case wasn't seal and disc was in a separate sleeve they had to find. Upon looking at the disc it had a pretty serious scuff and fingerprint on it. This is a used game they sold me as new. As soon as you remove it from the case and touch it its used much less with scuffs and fingerprints. The staff were nice enough though.

Called ahead of time to check the availability of an item and they said it was in stock and that I could come get it (they would hold it) if I wanted it. Drove all the way to find out they sold it to someone else, even though we spoke ahead of time on the phone about holding it. I also dont think you should display items (ex. Controllers) if you dont have them in stock. I heard two people wanted Joy Cons last time I was in and they had every set displayed. Once the people got to the desk however, the clerk told them that they only had used Joy Cons left. A lot of people have commented about the staff here, but theyve been pretty lackluster each time I've been here. Will probably stop visiting this GS because of their low stock.

System was giving him so much issues and you can see the frustration on his face. He had to deal with that, phone calls and people walking into the store all by himself. He kept his cool and keep apologizing to us. He had to do his upsell thing but he was nice about it. Gamestop wouldn't have such a bad rep if all their employees were like him.
