Experiencia negativa: After being in the Pasadena location yesterday with amazing customer service, I came here today to purchase a 64 because he told us they were owned by the same people. The cashier isn't friendly at all. Besides the welcome in, that's all we got. Literally, it was the only words out of his mouth the whole 20 minutes we were there. Even when we were obviously on our tiptoes beside him looking at the 64s on the walls trying to see the pricing and controllers. We decided not to buy anything and left.

Experiencia negativa: Was prepared to spend at least 300 dollars on a N64 with games. The guy there is glued to his phone and doesn't ask anyone if they need help or try to engage with the customer. We wanted to ask some questions but, were like nah. He looks like he doesn't want to be bothered and left. I recommend the owner giving the employees some routines around customer engagement. Could be the difference between making a sale.

Experiencia negativa: I came in roughly at 7:20pm to sell my xbox360 due to financial emergency I saw that the location closes at 8pm when the employee saw me he and his coworker told me that they can leave a note for someone to buy my Xbox tomorrow I told him that he should have told me that on the phone and not when I got there because he wasted my time. I really needed that money for my family but these employees could care less
