Experiencia negativa: This store manager has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I highly recommend you do not go to this disc replay! They are rude and pick and choose who they give the “deals” too! Because I was buying something for a friend and not myself he stated I couldn’t use the coupon! Me and my friends shop for each other’s collections all the time! I am disgusted by the way we were treated. Not to mention it was going to be about $200 bucks we were spending! Way to make collection hunting not fun! Please give no support to these unkind humans!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the store was disgusting and smelled terrible. Instead of helping or cleaning the workers were just playing around behind the counter! I tried to give no stars but it made me give at least 1!!!!!

I was especially excited to see classics like Duke Nukem 3D and Syphon Filter—it instantly took me back to the games I used to love playing. The staff was wonderful and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even better. Great selection, great atmosphere, and great customer service all in one. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Experiencia negativa: The staff is incredible and attentive, but the prices at which they sell and the prices at which they buy are another level, the cheapest you will find can cost up to 4 dollars but their average prices are between 5 to 20 without lying, I went to sell them 4 records one of them limited edition and they gave me two 2 dollars (you can't buy anything with two dollars there) and finally that damn smell since you enter

I was very happy with the price I received and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Overall a cool little store. I stopped in to sell but I’m sure I’ll be back for Christmas presents. There is something for everyone and the prices are fair both ways around.

Experiencia negativa: I think Disc Replay is great I understand that they don't give you a lot for your games and videos but you have to understand also I do have to resell them and honestly some of them it looks like you just sit.. that being said it's probably about a fair price as you're going to get. One thing I do is is I wish that their customer service was a little faster it seems like you have to wait for what seems like an eternity to sell them a game or a disc or something. I just wish there was a little faster process on that part that's why they are getting a two-star instead of three

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for my birthday, was looking to take advantage of a movie deal and decided to pick up quite a few Blu-rays. We worked with Hunter from the start, who was super kind and super patient while we not only picked out movies, but also why we went through and thinned out the stack at the counter. The store was incredibly busy and the staff made sure to continue to accommodate everyone; even putting all hands on deck for one customer who came back upset about a failed product they had bought and did everything they could to assist them. Hunter and team did a phenomenal job, and Hunter was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Would come back, would tell a friend. Easy experience. Can’t make everyone happy, but did make me happy.

Experiencia positiva: I've been coming to multiple store locations for the last few years and up until recently haven't had any issues. But recently it seems like they are just selling poor quality movies and games. The 14 day period they give you is great unless you buy something that takes longer to get through. Bought a box set with 8 seasons, managed to make it to season 5 and most of the discs skip. And it just keeps getting worse and of course since I can't finish 8 seasons in 14 days I'm stuck with 5 seasons I cant watch. Of course you can pay them to fix each disc but they charge by the disc. Pretty great scam they have going on with that aspect.

Experiencia negativa: Used to love this store. But after spending well over $150 for an Xbox One and games, I was forced to return the controller immediately after it had severe stick drift. Okay, fine. It was a bit of an inconvenience. I would’ve hoped it was tested before being sold. But it’s now happening again, BUT unfortunately I am screwed because it’s slightly past the big 14-day return period. I did not want a refund or a new console—I just want to be able to play a game. I cannot afford to slap down $60 for a controller—as the $150 took a while to save back—and playing this Xbox is one of the only luxuries of fun I have in my life. I’d expect this nonsense from GameStop, but I always assumed Disc Replay was a little more personable. Especially considering how GameStop and other physical media stores are going out of business. Now, if this were months and months ago, I could see their reasoning; but they sell absolute garbage and now I have a very heavy paperweight. PLEASE, if you value your money, find any place at all BESIDES this place.

Experiencia negativa: Every time we have went in here and traded in movies we have gotten less and less. This is beyond ridiculous. They took 27 items yesterday 8/23/25 2 dvds and 25 Blu-ray’s and only gave $27 for them!! Then proceeded to say they couldn’t take the other 15 blu rays in my bag!! This place is a rip off and we won’t ever be back! Not too mention we had to wait over 3 hrs before we even got our “offer” on the movies as well!! The customer service representative kept jumping from person to person instead of trying to focus on getting customers done and everything.
