Experiencia negativa: I called in to see if an item I had would be something they would accept for a trade-in/sell. Was told by the female employee on the phone that they were closing and to call the other location, this was over 1.5 hours from their set closing time. I clarified that again I was asking to see if it was an eligble item. I stated my item, got a brief pause, then a quick no and goodbye.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in a few days ago and loved it. The staff were super friendly and made it such a fun experience to shop around for movies and games. Loved those two! There's a big selection and we even found a couple things we had trouble finding. Everything is well organized and tidy so it's easy to search around and find what you're looking for.

I love streaming but just cannot get over how no one has anything to watch soon as the internet is down,slow etc. I love the hunt for rare finds instead of looking at 20 copies of the Matrix or Flags of our Fathers "you know". Got Many Saints for my Brother-in-law an 2 Sir Dyno DVDs for under $7 with my tradepost card.

Experiencia negativa: Everyone should AVOID this company you can't even return games anymore the only thing they do if you return a game they actually take money from your in store credit and they say that they can't test games so I highly recommend avoiding this company

Experiencia negativa: Bought a controller from them i thought was new, never worked from day one. They wouldnt replace it because i misplaced my receipt, even though i had a sticker from them and could prove when i bought it. They should really check their products before selling them. I was a first time customer and will go to gamestop for now on. They atleast track what you purchase digitally with their power up program.

I would definitely recommend this place to those who maybe looking for games and systems going as far back as the 1st Playstation and moving forward. There are games for the NES, Sega Genesis and SNES as well. Prices are reasonable for sure!

I found a game I wanted and this staff member couldn't find it behind the counter so he took my number and looked 2 days for it then found it and gave me a call. I've had no other store spend the time to do something like that, they normally just blow it off. So a big thank you to that employee and he is knowledge about games! It was a good experience and I recommend 10 out of 10 to use this location. Great selection of all games as well.

Experiencia negativa: Called them up cuz they are across town, but i got an super mario kart from a garage sale a while ago i never got to test and i called them to ask if i could come in to test it out so i could sell it. The guy acted confused "you want to test it?" I was looking for a place to buy sell and trade switch games, but if they don't test anything b4 they buy I'm not interested. Kind of shame since they had decent reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place to buy sell trade. Their prices are fair, always lower than vintage stock, always lower than GameStop, and always lower than "market." I'm glad they've opened up a Game focused store as we have not had that since GameXChange left town years ago. As someone who is/was an eBay power seller, I still sell to tradepost for credit. Their trade values are way higher than vintage stock --- not even a competition. Riley, the store manager is a solid dude who is there to make business, not just make a buck. Even if you don't buy anything it's worth stopping in and chatting with the staff and looking around. 10 out of 10 all day.

Experiencia negativa: Called my normal cd trade post at hillside they informed the movie I was looking for was at this location so I drove all the way there for the guy that was working to tell me they didn’t have the movie I left my girlfriend called and asked why they told us they had the movie when they didn’t the employee was rude and said must be a glitch in the system so I called another tradepost to see if the had the movie and they again told me Harry and rock so I drove out there again didn’t talk to the employee because he was obviously no help the first time looked and found the movie, as checking out I said well you told me you didn’t have it and his reply rudely I guess we did at least you found it I mean come on hire someone that can actually do there job and if you can at least be polite, needless to say I won’t be shopping at this location at all ever again and probably any other tradeposts I was actually going to pre order a game from them but with the employee working I decided to go to game stop.
