Experiencia fantástica: I had been going to this GameStop for the better part of three years, my experiences with it ranged from okay to great, a lot of the staff were friendly, I’m mainly going to be sad that it’s closed down permanently, as of me writing the 15th of February was the last day I went when they were open, and with the store gone I now have to find a new location that’s close to where I live to buy my games from

Experiencia negativa: Poor customer service. I am not sure what I I did to the cashier, but they really didn’t like me. I don‘t believe asking about display copies and not wanting to sign up for their rewards program makes me „rude“, „condescending“, and after being told that „you look like you haven’t been told that before“. The overall encounter just tanked my day. I just know today was my last time at this GameStop. Would not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Make sure to check your receipt to make sure they don’t sign you up for a membership without permission. They also lied to me about needing to purchase a wireless controller when I asked if the PS5 came with one. They said it didn’t. They lied. I bought a gift for my husband and I felt completely taken advantage of. Go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: At 41 years of age. I love gamestop and everything it stands and has stood for. I understand theybare a business and with any somenpeople will be unhappy. But people don't need to slander the company. Just don't shop there. Because some people like it still. I do. My family does GameStop visits at the mall are a family pastime that's sadly fading away. Play your games and recycle them for others to enjoy when you are done. Gamestop will give you something. And when you find your GameGrail. Gamestop has it.

Experiencia fantástica: Christian helped me out so much I was having issues with my GameStop reward points she called corporate and got it fixed within less than 10 minutes I was purchasing a DC action figure for my little brothers birth day. She was extremely helpful and patient she was super nice. Daniel also did a great job he explained to as well in depth (both of them) about how points. I heavily recommend getting a Pro Membership if you’re a gamer. It saves you a lot of money in the end. Again thank you so much Christina and Daniel great customer service both deserve a bonus!

Experiencia negativa: Was in the mall today with the family and decided to possibly grab the new Madden. The guy behind the counter was just on his phone the whole time and snobby when I asked him a simple question about trade ins and such. I wont be giving them my business anymore, Not even a “hello” or a “ thanks for coming in” once i left. Big reason retail stores are dying nowadays.. teens without any desire to work and be on their phones. Pretty disappointed

I didn't know you could pre-order upcoming funko pops until an employee here told me and it is an awesome way of calling my dibs on a popular funko pop before it comes out. Also they informed me about their pro membership where it's $15 a year but you get $5 credit very month so you can come in and use you $5 on Xbox store, psn store gift card or fortnite v-bucks and pay the difference! It's awesome way of getting double the credits for any system store you play on!

Experiencia negativa: Online inventory is inaccurate. Got burned at two other stores and wound up having to call the stores to find what I needed. Don’t trust their (and many other stores) online inventory statements! Call and confirm first, even if it means sitting on hold for 10 minutes. Also, make sure they are actually looking at the item and put a hold on it. Confirm with the SKU that they are actually holding the right item too. Many different models, revisions, styles and releases have subtle differences and not everyone is familiar with all of the products, so mistakes are likely to occur!

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE and very INCONVENIENT EXPERIENCE preordered Battlefield 1 THREE months ago I asked for the early enlister edition which is $80 plus us tax i made a 50 down payment and told myself id trade some games in in to pay for the difference, when i came to trade 3 games Star Wars battlefront,Need for Speed and tom clancys DIVISION all which i payed $59.99 for at THAT store "brand new"which is about $64 with tax 64x3=$192 i spent at that store on top of $700 i spent in march on a ps4 controls games so back to the game battlefield 1 i owed about $30 dollars tarded my games i was told the games covered the diffrence and they even gave -$5dollars back that i could just pick it up monday oct 17 at midnight i get a call from the team leader at the stores that i preordered the game and can pick it up at the outside mall location at 12am October 18 early enlister i paid for it I stay up till 12 when I go in she says no you paid for it at the mall location I can't give it to you here' but she's a team leader for both stores'??? Why did you call me ? Why did you tell me i paid for it and i could come get it at 12 lol so i leave very irritated go home come back the next day to the mall location im sure it was her again i go on break to go get it sure enough i get there and oh you still owe $15-$18 wait a minute i thought i paid for them i traded in 3 new games i paid $192 dollars for that meeans she only gave me 19 for the games and i got lied to that the games paid the balance second time back told me she couldnt do anything unless i have the receipt its on file that i traded them in but they did not tell me how much i was getting,just told me it was paying off the diffrence second day ive wasted my time going still dont have my game im irritated and i cant findbthe recipt pisst inconvenient and unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: bought final fantasy 14 heavensward expansion they said it didnt have the code that came with it but the code was only for free trial so it wasnt needed got the game home and after loading the disc find out i need a code to access the expansion also they didnt even give me the real case cause they said it was the last one. this place is a joke

Experiencia negativa: Horrible went in BEFORE I came called asked about a game describe the employee MARIA found it said yes we have it I got there and the price was $30 dollars more didn't honor the ticket even though over the phone she agreed with my price and the price on the ticket was very rude! Horrible employee one employee told her to honor it and she wouldn't suck even more because I drove half a hour to get there with a sick two year old because it was the only one left!
