Experiencia fantástica: Came into the store today, looking for an ac power adapter for my Xbox one. The two gentlemen in there were very polite and friendly, they had been excited to find the item that I was looking for and bought it with ease. Great store!!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been preordering games at this store for 2 years. Many times there have been problems with my preorders there and its frustrating being patient for days, to about a week and a half, sometimes further. I dont know who is running this Gamestop at Midtown but clearly it is being run very poorly. I'm thinking of going to a different Gamestop around my local area as the other ones I've been to are more competent at their work. I know Gamestop is in a tough place but you really need to reel your employees there, good Lord.

There's only 1 reason I visit and have remained a loyal customer, for my daughter's new fav game and characters. The stores wherever I'm at, will put any new specific items I request on my "Call ASAP upon arrival" these of course are for the Newest and most sought after games for a variety of Gaming systems. They have it all.
