Experiencia negativa: Swung by on a Monday evening to pick up a card pack. Only 1 person working who must have just started because he spent 10 minutes spitting out a word salad to basically say he had no idea. The next customer must world there because he sold a couple of Nintendo DS games and went around the counter to basically compete the transaction. Finally, the customer hemmed and hawwed over how much to put on a giftcard. We finally just tossed the card pack on the counter and bounced. DO NOT GO TO THIS GAMESTOP UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING TO WASTE YOUR TIME.
Experiencia negativa: I just got my bonus check and got back into town from my honeymoon, planning to buy two new controllers and a few gifts for my family. Planned on spending a good couple hundred today. I walked in and asked Alex for a set of oculus quest 2 controllers. He confidently snapped and pointed at a spot in the store and said "I'll help you out in just a minute". I waited for 17 minutes while Alex and another customer talked about WWE trading cards and whether or not GameStop held a particular Catwoman figurine. Two more customers walked in before Alex decided to address me again. He walked over to me and then showed me where he was talking about. Turns out, there WAS NO CONTROLLER Alex had wasted twenty minutes of my time, making me wait for a controller they didn't even have. Then he went to the computer to check the system if they had one knowing damn well they didn't have it. Much appreciated Alex, at least you acknowledged you wasted my time before suggesting I go to Disc Replay.
Experiencia negativa: If I could give the store zero stars I would! Since when can you not trade in controllers that you buy at gamestop? We bought a controller and got the expensive warranty about a year ago and still had almost a year left on the warranty(which allows a trade in if their ends up something being wrong with the controller) we took the controller in too trade it in because the keys were sticking and a kid who is apparently new called his manager and we got told we couldn't do a trade in when we bought the warranty?!! Technically since we had already bought the warranty the store still has too honor said warranty or offer some sort of compensation for the waisted money if they "dont allow trade ins anymore" and your store did nothing for compensation and didn't offer anything at all. I should build my case and represent myself with the photos I have of the controller and recipe with the warranty and sue the company, manager and store owner! I expect a reply aswell and you will email me the new policy in which trade ins arnt allowed. What your employee and management did is called theft and I dont take kindly too a store with a multi million net worth taking more money out of my pockets just because your employees wanted a little extra commission.

Experiencia positiva: I bought an Xbox one there today and employee Jayce Sawyer plugged it into a store monitor and used the store wifi to get it signed in so I could use it. It was a difficult process,(for me,anyway), and he took half an hour to help and got the thing to work where it won't have Internet access. He was helpful and pleasant.
Experiencia positiva: Super small store, not too much of a variety compared to other stores in the area. I didn't know that the workers could buy stuff while on the clock... one of the girls working went over to the POP collectibles and grabbed a POP that my husband had been looking for and told her coworker to please hold it while she went to the restroom. Once she came back out, she paid for the item and then that item sat behind the counter. So, we were shocked A that GameStop allows buying on the clock (seeing my husband and I have A LOT of experience in the retail side of things) and knowing that most places don't allow buying anything while on the clock and that you are to do it when you are off the clock (i.e. lunch or before/after work). Not to mention leaving it behind the counter with no receipt attached to it afterwards, having your customers still see that it's sitting back there can lead to them asking if it's for sale with then the worker having to explain that it's the other workers. So be cautious of things you see behind the counter, because they may already have been bought and didn't get put away with their items in the back. I do feel the quality of GameStop had drastically changed from when we were younger.

Experiencia negativa: I have no idea how game stop is still in business all you people do is rip litterly everyone off. All your stuff is over priced and if your trade in system is a joke you could have a 300$ item and you can always count on game stop to offer you 50$ for it.
Experiencia negativa: Closed at 1pm on a Saturday. As I waited outside an employee walked past and did not acknowledge me. Opened the door then locked it behind himself. 3 people have came and tried to shop in less than 15 min. Guess I'll go back to your competitors.

Experiencia positiva: GameStop is a dying business that will likely not be around much longer. After not coming here for about 5 years, I come in here to see what games they have. The first thing I noticed was how bland the store was. There used to be signs and posters up everywhere and the place was packed with people, it was very lively with activity and things. Not anymore. The cashier was very nice and helpful but he looked like he had spent the whole time napping before I walked in. I'd believe it with how empty it was. I went in at around 1pm and there was absolutely nobody in here and it was so silent it was creepy. I looked around for about half an hour and left with a few games and not a single other customer ever came in the door. I was shocked to find they have next to nothing for games now. No PS2 games, no Xbox games, no Wii or Wii-U games...nothing. All they have is a tiny amount of PS3/360 games, and then PS4, PS5, One, and Switch. Mostly every game in the store was over $15-$20 on average while the rest were $45-$70. Also all the game discounts you used to get with being a pro member - gone as well. There's absolutely no point coming here anymore. I went over to Target and found a bunch of games I was looking for ON CLEARANCE for cheaper than Gamestop.

Staff is super helpful and it's always great when I walk in and see Brent is working cause I know I'm going to get the latest in what's coming out and what I need to look into that is going to be big that wouldn't be on my radar when it comes to gaming. Alway know that this place will always have a great selection of collectables to pick from. Overall great place that's underrated

Experiencia positiva: If you are looking for games or video game related merchandise gamestop is ok. But I would rather purchase my games through amazon. There are some really nice men and women working there, but of course some of gamestop's policies/prices don't meet eye to eye with most customers but hey what can you do that's there rules. I'm no expert or professional at anything, I'm just ranting. What it comes down to is price, value, customer service, it's 50/50 for me. I would rate this location a 7 out of 10.

They Never have pokemon tcg.. they never answer the phone even if they are standing right next to it with no one in the store .. I know because I called while he was standing behind the counter. He just let it ring while he was on the computer. Pure laziness and lack of customer support.

Experiencia positiva: My child considers this a destination. The workers treat the cash register as body shields to hide their obvious boredom. The prices in this industry amaze me still, but there is no real choice for gaming. So, my kid is super happy it exists. Not just sorta happy, SUPER. I wish I felt better about it, how they acted, how it is laid out. Each one kinda has that "independent record store, I put stuff wherever I want" vibe. It could be a lot worse.
