Experiencia negativa: Today I was at a game stop and when I arrived they treated me as if my money is not worth it and told me to move because there were people but he told me in a very bad way and I think that those types of people should not be accepted in any business that tries to talk to the customer and I still think that they have to do something with that and if they do nothing they will run out of customers

Assumed the store was packed so I drove there. Only to be greeted by the laziest worker I have ever encountered. Had the audacity to say no one called l. So I called on the spot. Phone rang ofcourse. Then says oh I was in the bathroom . . Workers like him are the reason GameStops are closing down.

Experiencia negativa: Yesterday, Friday September 5, I purchased a BRAND NEW game at the GameStop located at 1063 Boston Rd, Springfield, MA 01119. The game was NOT sealed but was marked as NEW. I paid full price for the game Final Fantasy X/X-2 that includes a digital code for the second game X-2. The code for the game DOES NOT work. I brought the game back to the location the day after with my receipt and the employee working REFUSED to do anything to help me. I requested a refund as the game is new and I had a receipt. He said he could not give me a refund because the game was “used” which is not correct. I placed the game into my system and attempted to redeem the code that I purchased. The code did not work. The employee said I would need to contact Nintendo. I should NOT have to do this for a game I paid FULL PRICE for and was labeled as NEW. This is completely false advertisement and entirely not what I paid for. Had I known I would have to contact Nintendo for a game that I should be able to redeem I never would have purchased it.
Experiencia negativa: Such irresponsible and unprofessional workers. I came yesterday and they had a paper note on the that they were in the bathroom. I had to wait 32 mins for someone to come to the door smh. Im here again today right before they open so I wouldn't have to wait. I get here at 11:56 they open at 12:00. I walk to the door at 12:05. Guess what? Another note. Be back soon bank run. What kind of business are you running. Please hire responsible people for gods sake. Unbelievable

Experiencia negativa: This people are a fraud sell me a PlayStation and white a 100 guaranteed i bring back the same PlayStation and now they said it don’t work and don’t want to give me the garrantee either for the same reason and when they were selling me the guarantee they tell me it cover everything and the hunt for excuses for not pay i wasn’t looking for guarantee my ps5 works perfectly but i try to give it for credit for an oculus quest 3 and they lied in my face saying it doesn’t work and i tell them well if it doesn’t work give me a new one i got garrantee and they say if the plates aren’t there no guarantee so how it cover even if a car pass on it but not white other plates ? Im a salesman an honest one and i can promise this people are bad bissnes they are just for the comisión they lose when they have to honor anything they promise cose the store lose go online and is cheaper and better

Just very unreliable and the staff in this location never know anything about the games or could never give a reasonable answer to a simple question. Just save your time and go to chicopee or Holyoke Mall.

There was a $-20 credit left over which I requested a gift card - which I still got denied for. They needed original form of payment however my girlfriend isn’t in the state to do so. I understand rules/policies however in this instance something needed to be resolved.

When I went to pick up my item they said a company called Point Pickup already picked up my item and is on the way to my house. It was never received and GameStop workers say they are not liable once it leaves its facilities yet they passed on my item when it was not supposed to be! Iv contacted multiple people to no avail. Customer service needs so much help! I do not recommend
