Experiencia negativa: While I was in the store making my purchasing decision two workers by the names of Lukas and Victoria were loudly discussing the perceived discordance of another worker, complaining about their work, schedule, and medical accommodations. I found this behavior to be incredibly rude and unprofessional and I hope that these two will choose their words more wisely in the future!

Experiencia negativa: I gave 1 starts cause I want to shop here, but sometimes the employees wont let me or take my money, pulled a thick numbered auto of roman Anthony, the worker wanted me to stuff it in a normal semi rigged top loader the 1's you send normal cards in. I said no ur not gonna stuff my card in that and brnd up all my corners, he swore that was the only way, well I looked on the psa app, and they say u can send thick stock cards in a mag case or a thick top loaded. The employee wouldn't even listen to what I was saying tried to sell me penny sleeves 2 different times. He doesn't have any knowledge of cards or card condition standards, just because its not important to you doesn't mean its not important. I dont want my stuff bent or scratched. Prices decrease drastically from 10 to 9, so its very important to not get finger prints or anything on the cars. Some people dont understand. I drove 5 miles to another gamestop and the lady working knew exactly how I felt and she took care of everything. So I guess you need to make sure your employees are up to date on card info. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: Black Friday, right? Woodland Hills Mall GameStop is probably a quarter of the size of this shop, and had 10 more times the people in it shopping. This one had maybe, 10 people total, a lot more space, and for Switch games, a seemingly larger preowned selection. Great store. Remember, 90% of the bad reviews for GameStops tend to be someone thats upset Ryan's World Racing only gets you 50 cents for trade in or something.

Experiencia negativa: They are closed when the internet says they are open. Please correct your hours it’s very frustrating, and a waste of time to come out and find the store not open when the hours clearly state you are.
Experiencia negativa: When in there with DVDs and games and they were plastic wrapped to keep them in good condition the employee told me that I would have to leave the store and unwrap them before returning in the store to sell them or trade them in then he told me that I'd have to go to a different store or come in tomorrow that was pretty upset because I was sitting outside for 15 minutes waiting for the store to open the first place

I always do my game stop shopping from this location beacuse the people working there are always great and helpful but the lady that helped me today was the best yet!

Experiencia negativa: !!!This place does not exist anymore!!! It relocated on 2nd floor across the food court. Gamestop needs to take this off. False advertising. Update: they brought it back. But Google combined the mall gamestop with the gamestop outside at the intersection. So weird.
Experiencia negativa: I was here at the end of last year. I came in and the big gentlemen with the afro was standing at the register just looking at me. There were 3 other people in the room but he didn't say a word. No greeting whatsoever. The group of people left and it was just me and him. I walked to the front side and he started walking near me, being a girl and all it felt soo awkward. The creepy part was, he didn't say a single word. Then I walked to the back and he came back there as well, acting like he was looking through items. Then I walked back to the front and he came back to the register. I felt soo creeped out I just walked out of gamestop. This location is right by star bucks on 71st. I'll never be coming back here again. Good game selection though.
Experiencia negativa: Have been going to GameStop for years no problem, the last few times I’ve went they’ve really gone downhill. Just left to trade in a controller that was under warranty and they gave me a preowned controller and the warranty doesn’t carryover so you have to pay the $12 again on top of that asked me if I wanted to use a five dollar coupon I said yes because it expires on the 30th then when I leave, I realize that they renewed my membership without even asking and they can’t refund memberships. Complete scam buy your products from the actual company like Sony or Microsoft. Yes, it may take you a little bit to get it, but there are a lot more honest about their word.

Experiencia negativa: The manager ignored 2 customers as he was completing boxing of some products, I then had to ask for help getting a headset out of the case from an associate that was waiting on a different customer to pick out a game that was doing a trade. I then sat in line fore over 5 minutes while the trade customer was still picking through games and the other customer was being helped by the by the manager who kept trying to upsell. I eventually walked out because I was tired of waiting while one associate was doing nothing because she didn’t want to close out the trade transaction while he looked around. Meanwhile, there were 2 registers open behind them that she could have rang me out on anyways. Horrible customer service, and I would not recommend.
Experiencia negativa: On June 26, my friend gave me a PS Backbone for iPhone for my birthday, the next day I opened it to use it and surprise that it was not acceptable for my iPhone 15 promax since there were no details in the box that it was for a specific model , so I decided to go return it. It happens that they do not accept the device. The same seller assured my friend that they were for all iPhones. They redirect me to the call center and it happens that in their policies the product cannot be opened. #114271 Douglas supervisor denies the return since it was open and there is no possibility and at no time did he give an option or recommendation. It is incredible how they wash your hands as a client without carrying any type of responsibility. I will make sure not to buy from your stores again.

Not gonna go into details, but he is great. If he’s not a manager, he needs to be, and if he is a manager, he needs a raise.

Experiencia fantástica: Today, I went for what no gamer wants to do, sell games. David, the store leader, was very kind, helpful and informative (I did have a lot of questions). This place did offer the best buy-back value for my games. It is a small location, but they are able to order from others in their chain or give you directions if you are looking for a particular game. Unlike many game stores, it was very orderly and aesthetically pleasing.

There isn't much of a selection for games at this location, and I kind of find it demoralizing to watch someone be finger printed to trade in their games. I only went for a physical copy of a game yet I watched a guy be passively aggressively be treated like a thief. Company policies are wack I get it, but I would continue to buy digital copies instead of support that place.

Every other store we call to see if they have something in stock or walk in and they’re immediately annoyed and act like we’re an inconvenience to them. Paying customers, an inconvenience, imagine a world in which that exists. Huge shoutout to David and his team!! We have been in twice to visit with David on release day of new Pokémon collections. He remembered us! Always a pleasure chatting with him, and he’s the only person that works at a store in this area who is willing to go the extra mile to check his inventory when we call! I’ll always go out of my way to go into the mall, solely to deal with a decent human who desires to work in customer service.

When I said cancel the transaction and I’ll go to Broken Arrow where they operate with integrity she said she can’t done deal. So not only did she not refund as she said she was, she also wouldn’t reverse her error. This was Jan 3 2022 at 2:10pm Tulsa Woodland manager on duty.

Spoke to an employee on the phone and told me I could come in and return a game WITHOUT the plastic on it and that said employee and manager would honor it. That was not the case. I arrived and the manager informed me that I could NOT return it without the plastic on it, didn’t really give me options and didn’t meet me half way. I got $17 back for a $115 dollar game. Incompetent and uninformed people. The lack of communication is seriously upsetting.
