Experiencia fantástica: I visited the store on Friday May 1 and Juan was on duty. Thank goodness he was. There was an item that showed in stock but wasn’t on the floor yet. He not only rang up 5 customers, took a trade in that was an Xbox and bought some Pokemon cards all at the same time within a span of 45 minutes with a smile on his face. 5/5 will be back because of Juan!!

Experiencia negativa: Games stop is not known for their friendly and mature staff and this one is no exception. Employee by the name of Juan tries to deliver on the company's goal of upselling and I applaud him for trying to do his job well; however Gamestop should focus on rejection training as I kindly declined his attempts to upsell me on insurance whith my own credit in store. When I told him that I appreciated it but wanted to keep the line moving for those waiting behind me, he proceeded in attempting to publically humiliate me in front of other customers for "not seeing the value" in buying insurance on a Switch game. I remained queit and did not engage in conflict. When I asked him to give me his managers name after being a smart guy about the whole situation, he claimed to be the manager and smirked. My recommendation is stick to digital games or bigger retail stores as even walmart provides top tier customer service if you are comparing it to the "management" at this particular store.

Experiencia negativa: Mala experiencia, quería comprar una consola y me dió la impresión de que no quisieron vendermela, el tipo que me atendió estaba de mal humor y aunque le pedí más información de cuándo podría volver tampoco "sabía", afortunadamente fui a otra sucursal a 10 min de esta y el personal fue muy amable y logré comprar lo que buscaba ya que era un regalo para la graduación de mi hijo. En lo personal no volveré ya que mi experiencia fue pésima.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing Experience at GameStop I visited this GameStop before Christmas to shop for my son and was disappointed by the experience. While they have a great product selection, the store was poorly managed. Only one associate was working the register, while another seemed to be there just to monitor customers but didn’t assist with the long line. I waited over 15 minutes to pay while the cashier had an extended personal conversation, leaving a dozen customers waiting. It’s frustrating that during the busy holiday season, the store wasn’t better staffed or organized. This experience made me seriously consider shopping online or at other retailers like Target or Walmart. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

Experiencia negativa: Poor service, did not want to honor warranty that was purchased in store. Both "Brandon's" were self proclaim managers and did not manage to help until I called out to customer service to educate them on the warranty policies. Why do y'all work in customer service just to disrespect your customers? Both these dudes are jokes, went to a different location and I wasn't even stopped at the door and refused service I was helped and sent on my way with no additional issues by just one sales associate that was also busy but didn't give me a hard time at all.

Experiencia negativa: Manager there didn’t want to accept my damaged online order return saying that it’s an online order and that they don’t accept online orders as it’s in their policy when customer service hotline sent me an email and slip saying to return item to any nearby GameStop location. I had to go to another location on Palm to do my return which they gladly accepted without giving me any hard time. I am sure they didn’t want to accept my return because they didn’t want to affect their sales. I will definitely not be doing any business with this location.

Also singled me out as I waited she didn’t ask for ANYONE Else’s ID. But Singled me OUT. This person needs retraining. Also when asked about it she was giving me excuses as to why she had to when the many many many many customers that went before me didn’t get asked at all. The customer next to us didn’t have a recipet and didn’t get asked at all. Also I was harassed by homeless man and when tryd to getting staff attention for help the employees did NOTHING. HR needs to look into this. Will take my money elsewhere. I’ve been coming to GameStop since 2013 and Never been treated like this . 10+ pro member here…………………….

Experiencia positiva: It’s the only GameStop left in the Broadway area and it’s a good one But the lines are long just to pay for one simple gift card or to buy a game They’re really slow And there has been two time where I’ve been stuck in line for 48 min just to pre-order a game, Also the store is smaller Compared to there old location next to the PET-CO.

Experiencia negativa: While I appreciate this store adapting to continue accepting business during the pandemic I'm very sad to say that I was sold a faulty controller today. The controller that came with my system broke last night and I tried to find the cheapest replacement possible since money is not flowing at the moment. I was very disheartened to find that two essential buttons on the controller I purchased today, do not work. I contacted the store and was told I would not be able to return it anytime soon and that they did not know when they would I would be able to get me a refund. Furthermore they said the only option I had right now was that I would have to purchase the next model up from what I got and just wait until I could return the faulty one. The representative I spoke to also mentioned that this is not the first time this has been a problem during these times, which did not help the situation. I purchased through gamestop because I've always had respect for the company. I expressed to the employee I spoke to that paying over double because of their indiscretion was unsatisfactory and asked if they could at least offer me a discount. They said they would not do that. I am very upset and will no longer be doing business with gamestop. Fingers crossed they honor the refund they promised me in the unforeseeable future.

Experiencia negativa: Went in a year ago and purchased a used Nintendo 3ds. I tried returning it for tradeback value recently and they said it didn’t have a serial number. I only played the system a couple of times and never peeled any stickers off so basically they sold me a system with no serial number. Now I’m stuck in a hard place as I need money and have a system I purchased through them and can’t use their tradeback system because of them... DONT BUY SYSTEMS FROM THIS LOCATION!
