Experiencia negativa: Just bought an xbox one S used for my daughter and the system is not reading the disc they told me it was tested and wasted my whole day now i have to go back and return it. Now i wont be able to sleep after spending money on games and system what a waste.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is always clean and the staff is always attentive! I’ve done multiple PSA submissions here and they usually take 2 to 3 months max to be ready for pickup. I’ve heard that’s a lot faster than submitting directly to PSA, from what I’ve read on Reddit. It’s become really hard to get a PSA 10, after the tougher guidelines that PSA implemented on April 7th, 2025, but still worth grading cards. I haven’t bought a physical game in forever, but have bought an occasional action figure, and have tried my luck on some basketball packs. I might eventually get a Switch 2 to upgrade from my NSL. I really like the idea of being able to trade in your old PSA 8, 9, and 10 cards. Someone in TX traded a 2003 Gengar for over $30k! Crazy. Anyways, great store. If I ever don’t have to worry about money anymore, I’d love to work there part-time. Be sure to check out all the latest games, knick knacks, trading cards, etc!

Experiencia fantástica: I went into GameStop just trying to buy my son a simple controller. Johnny greeted me like I was entering NASA. Twenty minutes later, he’s explaining “graphics cards” and “fps” like I’m about to build a gaming PC from scratch. I have no idea what he said, but my son looked at him like he was meeting the President. We left with two controllers, a collectible I didn’t know existed, and a sense of purpose. Thanks, Johnny, for awakening my child’s inner gamer (and draining my wallet)

Experiencia negativa: Came to pick up an item I had delivered to the store. Line wrapped around the building and they won’t just let me pick it up they are making me wait in the TCG release line. Such a stupid and unnecessary waste of time. Release event lines should be separated from regular pick up orders.

Experiencia negativa: BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Long haired balding guy had no INTEREST in customer service niceties yesterday at 11am. Waited 20 minutes to purchase a used Xbox controller. I USED MY DEBIT CARD AND WITHIN 1 HOUR OF MY PURCHASE... GOT FRAUD ALERT FROM MY BANK. TWO CHARGES FOR GAMING RELATED SERVICES APPEARED ON MY BILL. No way this is a coincidence. Canceled card but this Gamestop is very suspect!!!! Don't use your card there.

Experiencia negativa: Had thought about switching over to this GameStop over the one of 4th street downtown but I would much rather deal with random drifters than buy products that wreak like cigarette smoke. The workers are aware about how bad it smells, manager walked out for a break “man in glad he at least walks away from the store when he takes his breaks” this would be a huge issue at an office job why are we allowing it here.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience here, have done two submissions, and the workers are very understanding and patient with you. I made the mistake of forgetting to take pictures of the back of my cards on my second submission, and they were totally understanding and went above and beyond with their time and my needs and made sure I was able to get the pictures even though it took them extra time and work. I 100% trust this location with my cards and I would highly recommend getting your cards graded here! Thank you once again for the help!

Experiencia fantástica: Just hit this shop today and was pretty happy. Got a new controller and some other clearance items… why not, bogo. I only play PSO2 NGS so I was only looking for a controller with mappable buttons. Oh! I’m on Xbox. Anyway… Patrick was super helpful. The controller was fairly easy to map. I couldn’t get it to work and then found that you have to completely exit out of the app after mapping and then unplug and plug it back in. Then it works….

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had issues with warranties and unhelpful employees at this location before. However, I was helped by Patrick today. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely changed my opinion about this store. I don’t know if he’s a manager, but he should be.

Experiencia negativa: Painfully slow and woefully inept. If you are the only customer there it will be taking you 30 minutes to get rung up. I understand upsales are your business model but when a customer tells you I get it thank you no take the hint and stop asking. I've had to just put down what I want and leave so many times as each customer takes 30 minutes minimum just to buy a pre owned controller. Get it together guys you are losing so much money due to being so slow. 3/4s of rhebstore is on clearance because you cant buy anything it's not the prices thar are the issue it's the goofs in the front and running the place

Went to get a buy 2 get 1 free promo and they claimed they wouldn't do price match even though I showed them multiple proofs of folks online price matching at other GameStop stores. When asked for the specific policy in writing they said they didn't have it and it was up to the manager's discretion. Stay away from this place.

Experiencia negativa: If I could I would give them 0 stars. The manager at the store is completely disrespectful. Sold my boyfriend and I a game for $60 claiming it was 2 players. We bought the game 2 weeks ago. It was not 2 players unless you purchase an additional membership. We came back without a receipt for an exchange. He said he could give us $9 if store credit. What a rip off! This place is a scam.

Experiencia negativa: I walk in and nobody bother to welcome me or asking if I need any assistance what I was looking for. Finally once I found it I stood up in front of the cashiers no one was waiting behind it just me. Instead, One of the rep is reading local headlines. Experiencia fantástica: I love the location of my GameStop don't go very often but when I do it's a good experience especially today May 20th Around 4:19 when in paid for my purchases the cashier that was there she did a great job taking care of me and the rest of the people that were inside GameStop. Not but two or three or four people in the store it was fast and easy to get to the registry didn't have to wait in line too long. Also have social distancing and always wear a mask inside GameStop thanks to the staff at GameStop for helping me practice my purchases.

Experiencia fantástica: This is probably the best Gamestop I have been to. I travel a lot. I always check out the nearest Gamestop to me. Let me tell the staff are very friendly. They are knowledgeable about almost everything. I have gone a few times now and I am never disappointed with my purchase. The 2 guys that work there do a great job at keeping the store clean and Stocked. Honestly 100% customer satisfaction. This location is definitely there top Gamestop in my opinion.

Experiencia positiva: I am always looking for a good deal on video games and collectables,and most of all,the MARVEL UNIVERSE. The store has a GOOD selection of games,but they DO NOT Refurbish systems like they say they do,and the companies policies are not on par with the stores staff and they don't offer an honest service of trade ins,and discounts on other merchandise due to all these extra fees that just come up after the fact,and I and ALOT of personal friends and acquaintances have caught the staff at this location trying to give back the same merchandise that had problems and returned,just to be sold immediately back to the person next to me on this last visit. Management was rude and preoccupied with other things other than the family that was interested in A WHOLE PS4 BUNDLE,and me and another asking a question about a game that wasn't even in their stock ,but the case was......This store is a MESS,and needs Corporate to come straighten those BAD APPLE OUT.I love the stores,but not this one,and some of there shady policies.

Experiencia negativa: Trash. Tried to trade in Uncharted 4 BRAND NEW WITH THE PLASTIC. That I got with the brand new PS4 that came in the box . They said they would give me 3 dollars for it.
