Experiencia negativa: I. Bought a used ps4 console. Was told.it would work. There was no hdmi cord in box. Unit did not work. When I went to.return it was told they did not have a hdmi cord to test with it so I left it all there. Less then 30 minutes later I get a call saying they found a cord and tested it a d system was bad. Not.going there again.

Experiencia negativa: Scalper Pricing on new release Pokemon TCG sets is what is ruining GameStop. It is ridiculous to pay that high of a price over MSRP especially since GameStop is buying from distributors for a much lower price than MSRP. It’s greedy and it’s horrible for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in to trade in games, my switch Oled and some old cases that I didn't need. Dean was patient as he had many customers coming in to trade games and consoles. I waited patiently myself and when I went up to trade in about $400 worth games, we talked about games and laughed about our day and holiday season. He was working hard and smiling through all the people buying and mostly trading in items. I appreciate his help and plan on going back. Hopefully when he the store gets more help or when its a little less chaotic to talk more about games.

Experiencia negativa: I arrived at 11:35 pm to GameStop located at 6816 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209 and stayed in the parking lot because I could not see any lights on in the store and I’m a single mother trying to buy a game for my son and didn’t feel comfortable standing outside by myself so I waited for somebody to open the store and then I see a person leaving the store. So I asked him if the store was open and he said "no it’s closed because nobody showed up." I then asked what his name was and he said Dean, store manager. I told him I called earlier and was told to be there between 11pm and 12am. I was there between that time and still was not able to be assisted. I manage a school district and realize that customer service is very important. I received very bad customer service from manager Dean. I was told something that was not true. I was there before 12:00 am which is the time I was told the store would close. I asked if I could please purchase the game since I was there before the time and Dean told me no because he closed the register and could not open it back up.

Experiencia fantástica: Dean and Andrew are the best. I drive an hour to this store because all the GameStop’s near Clarksville are awful. I trust Dean and Andrew with sending out my cards to get graded. They guide me through the process every time. It’s comforting having knowledge associates can help me because I have no idea what I’m doing or looking for when sending out my cards. Andrew took the time to help me decide which cards might be the best to send out. Note: He didn’t touch the cards. Dean and Andrew have so much knowledge about the things that interest me. Both of them are so awesome. They are always happy and ready and willing to help and share their knowledge. If they don’t know an answer to something they find out! They are very professional but they invite a fun environment. They both go above and beyond to help and they are very honest. Integrity is important to me when I’m sending high dollar cards out for grading. My kid loves going to this store because they get on his level and talk to him about what he is into. They offer insight and cool content info on the games he plays. It’s so nice to see as a parent that Andrew and Dean make a trip in more than a transaction, they make it an experience!!! You don’t get customer service like that anymore. They are best! I can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience at the store. Dean, Andrew, TJ, and Toby at store 6293 were very knowledgeable and helpful when I came to pick up my silent Hill f pre-order. They went above and beyond in helping me find the collectors (steelbook) edition of the game and I'm very thankful.

Experiencia negativa: When Switch 2 launched, I came here to ask if they had any left. The guy behind the counter laughed in my face and simply repeated my question to me sarcastically, so I left. Came in today bright and early for a free Pokémon promo code. The exact same guy, smug as could be, told me that I had to make a purchase for the code and they would only give them out after they sold all their product. I pulled up the website to confirm that it says no purchase necessary and he tells me that it's up to the store. Gamestop's official Twitter confirmed there are no purchases for this silly code. He did eventually give me the code holding it out saying, "Code?" like a offering a dog a treat. I see some old positive reviews for this location. Those reviews do not reflect the crass staff of today. If you have other options, avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: Waited in line like everyone else only to watch an "off the clock" employee bring two children under 5 with him and claim that its not 1 sku per paying customer per gamestop website but 1 sku per customer/person with you. I advise everyone to bring as many "persons" with them next time. I know I will.

Experiencia negativa: Online it says store opens at 10am on Saturday. We were there at 10:45 and it was closed. I called the store and the man that answered said he doesn't open until 11. I told him online it says they open at 10 his response was "Things change!"

Experiencia negativa: I pre-ordered a game that came available today for pick up. Upon reaching the store at 11 AM they were in fact not open. I waited for an hour and a half and they were still not open. When I came back at 7:30 they were still closed. They had never opened for the day. They never informed me that they would be closed on the day The game came out. There was no sign posted of their current hours either. Very disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Lin/Lynn for your great customer service. Even though the Bellevue store has been terrible lately, he listened to my problem. Even though he couldn't pull up another store's information to prove I had a pre-order, and now I still have to get my refund from Bellevue, I was able to purchase my game today from Charlotte Pike. Plus he was genuinely nice.

Experiencia negativa: Money doesn’t mean anything but it’s the principle that matters. I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately I have write one for this store. Don’t ever pre-ordered from this store. Dishonest store. There was a mix up at the store. One of their former employee who was fired from what I was told to us he didn’t place the Harry Potter order correctly. We have waited patiently for them to fix the matter ( several weeks and months). One the manager said they are working on it and it would be coming in few weeks. Well it was a lie. Came back 6 weeks and the manager was fired as well. Which didn’t make any sense. We called the store every other week to check status. Well we came back in the store to today. Close out the account and get a refund. We were told no because we didn’t have original card. Unfortunately that card was lost. And the manager said couldn’t do anything except for us to buy something. I won’t buy anything at this store. As a former general manager of chain stores. The way I was treated was so much unprofessional and the people aren’t serious about their job making sure the customer is satisfied and what they preordered was correct. I’m very disappointed. I would think twice about this store or maybe this chain completely.

Experiencia fantástica: Really excellent service! I had PreOrdered a New Release which was lost in the mail. They issued a, full refund and rang it up On Sale, saving me $10! The store manager, Aaron jumped in and helped so not to slow down the register. He was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable in a store that I have no knowledge of.

Experiencia positiva: Good store the staff was happy to price match to their website. I found several games priced different online and they matched no issues. Note that only works for their website don't try with Best buy or others. Parking is a little tricky because of buffalo wild wings next door. Avoid the 15 minute parking. Good selection of used games. Wish they didn't have to play the same ad over and over in store though.
