Experiencia fantástica: My family loves coming to this location solely because of Collin. We only come on the days he works because of everyone who works there he's the only employee who doesnt ignore us or the children and as a parent it means a lot to not have my kids and myself ignored. We have access to the base gamestop but we come here for all our games and card needs because of Collin. So anyways, we love him and his customer service. We even got a pro membership to help his store out.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, Kiara was very nice and knowledgeable....took time to explain Pokemon cards to a new collector and suggest best card packs for my interest instead of just suggesting the most expensive sets. Will definitely be coming back!

Experiencia positiva: Customer service was excellent, and the staff was knowledgeable and informative about products. I mainly inquire about Pokémon products/availability. They have always been honest and transparent with product availability to the best of their knowledge. However, the store’s layout could improve. The space feels cluttered and overstocked, making it hard to browse. Cleaning up the layout would improve customers' shopping experiences and seem more professional as a business.

Experiencia negativa: This is for the current D.M. If you have an item tagged with a price, that should be the actual price. I didn't want to hear about your "rules" from the employee or his explanation of why he couldn't honor the tag. Had to hear about how they had so many tags to change blah blah blah and must of missed that one. That's not the customers fault and now you have lost one.

Experiencia negativa: Price said 18.99 price also said it was formerly 39.99 Gabriel saw me help a man out and send him some money and he changed the price on me charged me 60 dollars. He was going to give a man with a ps5 charger and 2 PS5 games 2.50 cents so I gave the gentlemen some money. He said both prices the one the tag says the price was and what the price is now that neither are true. He charged me a whole different price, deception at its best. And said it was because he messed uo that bone of the prices are real you have to ask to be for sure

Experiencia negativa: Bought an Xbox one on sale for my son for Xmas in Late Nov. When I got it I plugged it in turned it on, turned it off and wrapped it. When he opened it we plugged it in and noticed the HDMI cable was a little lose called up gamestop to see if I exchange it, they informed me I'm on day 35 of my 30 day window. You know what it sucks but a little tape and where good. Most of my games are online but I do have a few phisical games. Went to let him play one recently and found out the entire disc drive is broken... DO NOT BUY USED GAMES OR SYSTEMS FROM GAME STOP. I personally will never be shopping from gamestop again.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a great experience yesterday at your Wichita Falls location. Kiara and Andi went above and beyond the customer service expectations. I am not a gamer and my 9 year old son is new to gaming systems. We had an issue with a used gaming system that we purchased for him for Christmas from this location. We called them on Wednesday and they instructed us to bring it in. I took it in yesterday and they walked me through all of our issues. They took the time to explain a lot of things to me and also gave me advice on what to look for as a parent and how to have more parenteral control over what my child has access to. They lead these conversations without me asking but did so in a way that did not feel intrusive. I was very impressed with these two ladies. All while also handling other customers in the store. It had gotten busy for a few minutes. They were very attentive to everyone. For someone who feel very uneducated in that atmosphere, they made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: Gamestop's MO has always been to dupe people into buying used stuff for basically the same price they could get it new, and that's ttill true of this store. Staff was friendly and they had all three switch versions on demo - that's the only positive things about this place.

Experiencia negativa: Almost every game has a "new" and a "pre-owned" price tag on it. You walk up to the counter expecting to purchase a pre-owned game at a reduced price only for the clerk to say, "we don't have that in stock pre-owned." Why put the sticker on there with the reduced price if you don't have it in stock? Very disappointed in the explanation that I got that they do this due to "marketing." Dont put the pre-owned sticker on a game if you don't have it in stock.

Experiencia negativa: Don't ever hope that you recieve anything from Gamestop. Still waiting on my order that released 2 months ago. What is the purpose of a preorder that I ordered back in May and still don't have? They blame it on the warehouse and then tell you it shipped, then lie to you telling you a date, then 2 days after that date passes, still don't have it. Recant on what they said telling me its at the warehouse. Worst customer service ever.

Experiencia negativa: Got here 5 mins before they opened and waited, called and even knocced on the door.... No service. I called the land line posted on the door and was told they opened at 12pm. Waited outside patiently until 12:45pm and called again still not open. There were employees inside playing demos and their phone at the counter. Worse experience ever

Experiencia positiva: Gamestop's has a good selection of collectibles and games, but I have been disappointed as of late. Last two trips I had a game with which I wanted to walk out of the store and a used game promotion of which I wanted to take advantage; however I could not. Both time were due to not having games in stock. C'EST la vie. Staff have gotten much better lately. They strive to be helpful instead of pushy. And I still walk out feeling that they tried their best to make me happy.

Experiencia negativa: I went in September and bought a game for my nephew for his birthday when he tried to play it the game NEVER even turned on. I live out of town and have the receipt with me so I couldn’t return it. Then just the other day when my mom went in a bought a game, opened it up, and it was SCRATCHED so bad. Luckily she lives so she will be able to return it. Super annoying that the 2 times we’ve been there recently we’ve received this kind of merchandise.
