Experiencia fantástica: Visiting from out of town for a graduation, the manager Tayah was such a sweet help! She took the time to help me figure out what game I needed based off the little info I had. Truly made this experience much easier!!!

Experiencia negativa: Tayah or however it’s spelled is rude every single time I come to this store. If I could leave her 0 stars I would. The ginger man was very nice and personable. I walk into the store, browse around and decide to buy a gift card. She informs me the rules have changed and I can’t. I asked where on the $5 off coupon does it state I can’t use it on a gift card. She cuts me off and says I can’t. I say I would like to purchase a $10 game instead. I used my $5 coupon. I asked to return the game for store credit after my transaction was over. She instantly got irate and said “we will NOT be doing this for you again” I said one single word “why?”s because why? I literally did nothing wrong or against their TOS. She said “if you’re going to give me an attitude, you can just leave” that’s when I stated I wasn’t giving her one but if she wanted one I could definitely pull it out. She finished the transaction, shoved my money (no receipt) in my face and told me to never come back to the store and wouldn’t allow me to finish my transactions. I get it GameStop changed their policy but have respect and tact. I’ll be canceling my pro membership over this interaction and will no longer be shopping at GameStop. I’ll also be bringing back the Xbox we just purchased too. I’m sure that $500 return hit will hurt a little. Smh

Experiencia positiva: This store has been pretty good over the years though it definitely has it had its ups and down after EB Games was taken over. The best part is easily Theo. Dude always has a great attitude no matter what’s going down. If you have a not great experience, maybe look into all the stuff Gamestop has been changing lately and maybe you’ll understand why the experience isn’t always the best. Blame the corporation, not the employees trying to abide by the memes.

I'm glad to see they are vigilant enough to point that out and are sure to get parent involvement. He got the game, she did keep me well informed of all the game included. Well done GameStop!!! Experiencia negativa: I came in looking for a PS4 controller. I ended up having to order one online, which is no big deal. The cashier tried to sell me on the membership, and I very firmly said I was not interested. He tried to get me to buy it again, and I said no again. I later saw on my receipt and in my email that despite saying no twice, he signed me up anyway! I explicitly stated that I only come to gamestop maybe once a year and that I was not interested at all. I am baffled by the audacity to force me to purchase something I will literally never use. I will happily spend my money at any other store in town. Whoever the guy was that opened last Wednesday should be talked to, that was so unfair.

Experiencia fantástica: Preordered Death Stranding and asked about release event for it. As of October 8th, they said the usually release event is at 9 PM the day before. However they are unsure if Death Stranding will have one yet. Here's to hoping they get enough preorders for it.
Experiencia positiva: Its gamestop they got games depending on what your looking for they usually have most modern games in stock. The wait can be long with only two cashiers. I recommend not to go during busy hours.

Experiencia fantástica: My 4 kids love this place, what I love about it, is I am not a gamer, & every gamestop you go into, each staff member knows everything about all the games, & platforms. So if you are a non gamer like me, they can help you out with any game, any questions you may have concerning anything game related. Gamestop's are literally the only business you can go for all things gaming, where they know their products, & services 100%. There is never any, "I'm not certain" or "Let me go ask my Manager", so there is also not much wait time, which I really love even more, & their rewards, exchange system is easy to understand, & you get plenty of rewards points.
Experiencia positiva: Employees are nice, but they're forced to try pushing sales of warranties and used games. That comes from corporate, though, and isn't the fault of this particular location. Other than that, the service and selection is great.
