Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this location for years now and not once have I had an issue. The employees are kind & helpful, the manager is outgoing and treats everyone, staff and customers alike with dignity and respect. Can not say enough, but I highly recommend this location, even if it is a bit out of the way as it is for me, the staff will win you over. =)

If the system is inaccurate and im calling to double check before purchasing online dor pickup, im doing YOU the favor. Good thing its not my local gamestop. I wont be going out of my way.

While ensuring her name tag was not shown and flipped around. Was completely taken off guard when she told multiple people items weren’t available without her actually checking. I would not be coming to the West Covina GameStop as her attitude simply needs to be a bit more mindful and humble. Clerk working this afternoon is who I am referring to. Please have someone more levelheaded and appreciative of their job and customers who come in. You may not be helping people directly, but being able to overhear how you treat your guests is much needed to be approved on.

Experiencia negativa: WARNING THIS PLACE HAS A CARD SKIMMER Do not use your debit card at this location. They double charged me and tried to make it seem like it was my bank's issue. The cashier. Lisa was extremely rude when I called out the skim attempt They took $40 from my account and only charged me $0.78 on the receipt and still wanted me to pay the difference in cash to complete my purchase and would not let me investigate the debit machine. I called my bank and they immediately noticed right away the multiple times I was being charged... Be careful with this location

Experiencia negativa: I haven't gamed in a long time I just had my second son and was so excited to finally enjoy some time with my new Xbox. But instead, it's been nothing but frustration. The only games I bought was Modern Warfare 3, gta 5 that’s only for the other Xbox, and Cyberpunk which don't even work. Modern Warfare 3 keeps showing a system error! On top of that, the controller I bought from GameStop didn't work either. When I tried to return them (before the deadline), the store refused. I also find it funny that they didn't need any ID to sell me these items, but whe i vent to return them, suddenly I needed ID - and they wouldn't accept my passport, even though it's an official government-issued ID. The worker never mentioned my Xbox couldn't even play the game they sold me. Now I'm stuck with junk I can't use, and I feel dismissed, discriminated against, and completely let down as a customer.

I went and spoke to someone yesterday and they said they received them and that the item is in the back, but they had to go through the boxes to search for it. RIDICULOUS! Completely unprepared. We pre-order things to get the item day of. Whats the point of doing that if we have to wait to get our item. I DO NOT recommend this GameStop to anyone. Pre-Order/Order from another GameStop! Your better off going elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: Been to many game stops and this one is by far the friendliest and most helpful. Not to put the rest of them down because I haven't had any bad experiences with any, but it's just something about this one. They're even helpful on the phone, not that I've called but when I was browsing around I heard them take a call and it was a customer looking for a game and they actually looked for it, so they're actually doing their job when they put you on hold.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going to this Game Stop. The employees here are helpful and cool, most of the gamestops I go to the staff is great. But this is definitely my favorite Gamestop. I enjoy interacting with the staff here, especially the manager Grieer, that might be the wrong spelling but hes the only Grieer I ever met, this dude is very cool. I had an issue with my rewards points and he helped solve the problem instead of telling me to go home and figure it out by calling the tech support. Because I actually called the tech support and they were unable to help me or did not want to, Grier called them and all of a sudden they were able to . He didn't have to do all that, but he did and I appreciate it. I go to this gamestop whenever I have free time and Grieer greets me all the time whenever he is working. I mean all the customers are greeted by the employees but Grieer greets me by name so that's dope, shows he cares to remember my name haha. Its funny , Grieer always talks to another customer and introduce me like we're buddies outside the store, shii i dont mind, the dude is an awesome human being. Another guy I enjoy asking for opinions or their own personal experience or their wisdom about the game is a guy named Ben or Benjamin, the guy talks soo much. But it's highly appreciated, great customer service like he looks like he's just happy to help and there's nothing I appreciate more than employees who answer any question I have and are genuinely happy to help. There are 4 other staff members I talked with and they too helped me out with ps4 games switch games and pokemon cards and this one lady who informed me about some Funko Pops and Pokemon cards, she was really nice and cool, unfortunately I forgot her name and I forgot the other 3 employees but they were awesome too. This location is my favorite for a reason. Go slide through and check out what they have and don't be shy, ask the employees for help or ask them questions about their personal gaming experiences. They're easy to talk to.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience at Gamestop. I bought a controller for my Xbox and returned it because it didn't work. They said they were going to return my money to my account within 7 business days. It's been three months and that money has not been returned to my account. I went back to the store. The sales person was rude to me and told me that I needed to call customer service. I went home and called customer service and they told me they could not find my transaction number. I returned to the store and same thing they told me they could not help me and needed to call customer service. I know that a controller is not that expensive but you have to value every customer. When you are a big chain corporation these small incidents are disappointing. I'm not going to a small and pop shop. Therefore, It's expected that they treat these claims with urgency. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere or hope that your purchase works so you won't have to deal with their lack of response on refunds.

They dont even make you aware that your info is about to be shared with law enforcement. They can't withdraw be withdrawn at all once your info is shared with law enforcement. These practices should be illegal and I'm sure they are bc they don't warn you at all.

Experiencia negativa: I hope you guys know when doing a trading your fingerprints are uploaded onto the online database Leads Online. Which means they shared your finger print to the police department. In the past 8 years I been with them I have not receive an email or letter regarding this finger print method, I went a year and half ago to trade a video game they did ask for my iD. But they dint finger print me. If they are sharif. Your finger print with police department they should advice you before you finger print. They sharing your fingerprints without your consent.
