Experiencia negativa: They closed early!!! Got here at 7:10 pm and it’s closed!!! According to both GameStop.com and Google and every other mean they are supposed to close at 9 today. Unacceptable!!! I drove 60 miles to get here and I tried calling since yesterday to confirm the stock of an item. They NEVER answer the phone!!! Stay away.

This fool standing right there ignoring the phone talking to his co worker! Never would I ever spend money in there. Also told my people on social media. Do not ever shop at this game stop ever!!!

I will be getting refunded though. This store needs to be shut down, only Location don’t answer the phones and or smells like a dead rat inside the store.

The manger wouldn't expect my GameStop gift card for exchange for a Xbox gift card of the same value then tried to explain it away like some cop . I took the same gift card to the GameStop in Southfield so I had to drive out my way for something simple and the person at the Southfield store said their was no policy like that and prove it when he type in the code . This grand river store is full it .

I asked for help looking for a game that wasn’t in stock there, oddly enough I found another game there that the website stated wasn’t in stock at that store. I asked her if she could look up of the game was at another store within driving distance, she told me “you can look that up online sir” I told her online isn’t accurate she kept repeating “it looks like you have a list of games, you can just look them up online” it’s as if she didn’t listen to anything I was saying, and she gave me the wrong game of the case I came to the counter with. Not the first bad experience with this location, but by far the worse

We were next in line but that seemed not to matter to her. The line was long outside for the wait due to Covid. Her service was unprofessional as she made me go back to the car to show my iD to use a coupon with my name on it. I recommend training in customer service.

Told them I'd be there in 20 mins "perfect see you then" Show up literally 15 minutes later, and they're closed but someone's walking around. I wait until they open the door "sorry we're on lunch you'll have to come back in half an hour, we can't help you" I wish I could make up such terrible client service. How canyou tell someone you're open, and then close for "lunch" 15 minutes later. How can you not have enough people on staff so that the whole store doesn't shut down for someone's break?

Experiencia positiva: The new policy of 3 in the store is terrible, however its necessary. The staff were very friendly and upbeat, given the unfortunate circumstances they are in. Overall it was great once we got in, minus the feeling of being rushed to hurry up and buy because of the line of customers outside staring at you through the window hot af. Safety first, i guess.
