Experiencia negativa: Not really why people have a hard time being honest or telling the truth? Placed an order for online for of course cards. As I was being told, "Sorry they are apart of an order that never closed out from earlier in the week"; I hear the other sales guy going, "its okay, the last 2 left and you are in store, we can cancel" JUST TELL ME THE TRUTH It's really not that difficult.

Experiencia negativa: Every time we go here we are treated with subpar- horrible service. Signs clearly shows a price for something, when I asked about the item was told that the sale is over, ok. Asked if the price was still going to be honored since the sign was still up, the employee goes on to call me a wannabe lawyer in front of my son. No explanation or anything, then tells the manager to deal with me. The manager has to tell him to go to the back to "chill out" and goes on to calmly explain to me the error. Still don't get the price that was clearly advertised, but not going to argue in front of my son. Will be spending my money anywhere else other than here

Experiencia negativa: Worst store in Cleveland i recently brought a 800 dollar ps5 pro to only find out it wasn't a ps5 pro it was a used regular ps5 didn't come.with stand or any thing that it was supposed to come with I basically got a used system for the price of a brand new system tried to return for my money they said no I had to.file a dispute with my bank I need answers worst store ever DONT SHOP HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Experiencia negativa: Good evening, I am writing this just to report the staff that is serving this store. The person who serves is a tall white man with long hair, a beard and blond hair. He is a racist and abusive person. We asked him about the products and with his abusive, racist and discriminatory manner, he spoke badly to us and did not want to sell us anything. What's more, he told us to go buy something at another store. Please, I do not recommend coming to buy something at this store, not until they change staff.

Experiencia negativa: Employee working the shift on 6/11 at 1:00 PM should be fired. Came in for a return there were only two other customers and he just messed around the whole time. I waited for a hour to get help and was never been able to help. He was also rude to multiple people when I was in.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this location today and from the time I walked in the door the representative was extremely deceptive. I asked to purchase a preowned XBOX series X. He says sure there's a deal right now where you can get it for $436 with a pro membership. I said I dont want to subscribe to anything I just want to buy the console and the new NCAA game. He says the pro membership would be free (which I know is not true). He then says if you're buying the preowned one you have to buy the bundle with headphones for $39. I requested a manager because that made absolutely no sense to me. The assistant manager comes out to say I can do a pick up order online if I o my want to purchase the system without the bundle. I reiterated that they were making no sense. If there is a price listed on the console and its available to buy why would I be required to buy things I dont want or need to make the purchase. They then said I can always return it the next day. I reiterated that all I want to do is buy the console and game i came in for. We get to the checkout and he still attempted to add the extended warranty without my permission, thinking I wouldn't notice. At that point I just left and went a couple doors down to The exchange and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted and no extra hassles. I do not recommend anyone come here and if you do check your receipt!

Experiencia fantástica: I stopped in today with my 7 year old son. Both employees were absolutely awesome. My son was exploring this little store as if it were a megamart or arcade. When it calmed down I was able to ask alot of questions which both associates tag teamed with a vast amount of knowledge and patience. I learned alot. So definitely go to this location if you need gaming 101 instruction, or pleasant people to assist you.

Experiencia negativa: Don't buy from the GameStop. Unless you pay for their premium service, they can lie to you and sell you any product and you won't be able to return it if you open it. They sold me headphones and told me they were for PC but once I got home they were not. When I came back they insist that I couldn't return them anymore. In other words, they lied to me to sell me a product and when I tried to use the product and realized it was the wrong thing, they would not take it back. Straight thievery. Literally, no shame in it.

Experiencia negativa: Waited for employee to get off phone politely next to the desk. After over 10 minutes when he finished, he helped the customer who just walked in and wanted to trade in ps2 and proceeded the long process of testing the system. I just wanted to make a quick purchase, was never acknowledged, and stood for another 15 minutes while he tested the machine before I left. I’ll shop at other GameStop’s, thanks for wasting my time.

Experiencia negativa: So i buy a nintendo switch for kids last year(and me). I get a two year warranty. I go into today to collect on that and get a new system.... I ask for the gentleman who was on the store receipt (hoping process go smoother) and get told he is no longer employed at gamestop. I felt a bias against me throughout the rest of my encounter. I get told my serial numbers dont match up to my warranty.... Hmm ..... Estafon calls DM after his power trip of telling me he wont exchange it (at this point im asking for help because i know i bought it there and the receipts in my hands). . . and get told to escalate it throught customer service but the answer probably wont change. I ask why dude got fired and i get told he was stealing and multiple other things.. . Seem like a coincidence? Instead of helping me they act like im the guy they fired ... we'll see what happens . I see FRAUD written all over it GameStop, please do a inventory and serial number check and apoligize for calling me a liar .

Experiencia negativa: I have a gamestop credit card and I know for a fact I have $800 left on it to spend but everytime I use it to purchase something online thru gamestop it denies it. So I go up there to see if they can help me because calling the gamestop holiness is useless they do not know how to fix problems its the same thing in the stores. So I had to use cash elsewhere to buy my kids Christmas gifts and thanks to gamestop my kid lost on a ps5. Thanks for nothing gamestop u guys really know what ur doing over there smh

Experiencia fantástica: I took my special needs brother in here on his birthday and all the staff members were very helpful, professional and treated him like a fully functioning human being as opposed to a special needs adult. They made him feel important, helped him find what he wanted and were sure to sign him up for his rewards card so that he could take full advantage of his birthday discount. I would most definitely recommend this store and it's staff members to others.
