Experiencia negativa: Nice enough people but I waited for 20 minutes for service while one guy dealt with a crap ton of trade ins and the other guy ignored us. Was going to buy 2 ps5 remotes and new Pokémon game but now going to the other GameStop. Just walked out

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at GameStop thanks to Omar! He was super helpful and friendly from start to finish. He helped me pick out the perfect console and explained all the details clearly. I also ended up getting the Pro Membership, which he recommended and it’s definitely worth it — great perks and savings. Excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience. Highly recommend asking for Omar if you visit this store!

Experiencia negativa: So I pre-ordered a game that came out today on September 30th and when I got there the lady said "that the back area had been so full of boxes that they haven't had time to take them out and it would take her a few days for her to find my game possibly and give me a call" That's not how that should work when a game releases you should have it out and ready for people to buy. Now I see why people tell me not to pre-order

Experiencia negativa: Hey gamers, I would NOT recommend this GameStop facility, I had a particularly troubling experience. The employee I spoke to was extremely apathetic towards my gamer needs. I asked POLITELY if they had the hit upcoming game "Cape Cod Fishing Adventure" and when expressing my disappointment when AMANDA told me she did not have it. I was rudely hung up on, and I can't help but feel like she was making fun of my lisp. MY LISP IS NOT COMICAL IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. MY BRACES MAKE IT TO WHERE I FEEL LIKE MY TEETH ARE TOO BIG FOR MY MOUTH, WHICH CAUSES MY SEVERE MISPRONUNCIATION OF WORDS. I am not satisfied with my experience today, do not go here if you are serious about your gaming AND OR if you have a speech impediment. OtakuGamer (on steam) out.

Experiencia negativa: Worst business ever leave a sign on the door says be back soon been standing out here for over an hour along with other people coming and going why the goofy person behind the counter just plays around on the computer because apparently they can’t get their life straight. I will never do business with these people again.

Experiencia negativa: Came in looking at Xbox 360 games because why not, and the lady at the counter made me show ID because it was Rated M. I have never been IDed at a GameStop before not to mention I have a beard and buying games that are almost 20 years old. It should be common sense at a point

I've paid in full up front, and am being told to come back in nearly 2 weeks when the manager is there... I've already waited over 50 days to get them graded..

Experiencia negativa: The online says the store opens at 10am. It's still not open and it's well after 10. The hours on the door say 10am as well. Yesterday I came to the store and waited patiently for assistance and no one was in the store, as they were outside chatting. So unprofessional.

If not, they can get it in in a few days. I enjoy shopping here. Quick in store replacement of a factory faulty device- they even transferred over my son's data so he didn't lose progress on his game!

Experiencia negativa: Purchased a used game, the box was in horrible condition, I had a bad feeling that the game wouldn’t work(it had something gross on the disc as well) but never the less purchased it anyways because “it was the only one” that they had, or so Adam said.. I go back to return the game and the same Adam guy then goes straight to the computer and says they have another copy, after just telling me they didn’t have any other copies. Will not be returning to purchase a used game. Will take my service elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Been here twice now and both times felt with the manager I believe his name is Derrick.... the first time I was shopping for a new switch game and I had said that I didn’t like the switch and he aggressively told me how wrong I was and how good the switch is etc etc and it was just kind of rude even my friend that was with me asked me what his problem was... the 2nd time I decided to trade in my switch and he didn’t say a word to me other then what was needed to cash me out or even look at me.... finally when he paid me he just shoved the money in my face.... but tbh he had no problem talking to two other customers... I even tried being friendly to him but he just could careless... thought it was a little interesting that the customers he did talk to were black and I’m white....

Experiencia negativa: Ps4 controllers are 65 dollars compared to 45 anywhere else. They want 45 dollars for a used controller. When I pointed this out, the employee stated " you can take your money to another store, you dont have to buy it from here, I dont get paid on commission". I def wont be back to this store again, not only is everything over priced but the the employee that helped had zero customer service skills.

The first day we had it, it wouldn't connect to the xbox so we took that one to be replaced. Now, they won't replace the 2nd controller since I can't find the itty bitty warranty slip. I had the original packaging, but my name is conveniently not in the system. The employees are incompetent. I would rather give my money to Walmart.
