The store always has some great inventory as well. Looking forward to shopping there again within the next couple of days!

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite game shop everyone is so kind and personable and I’m beyond lucky to have this place so close to me. My favorite store to just hang out at and look around for a few hours. Level up single handedly brought back my joy for retro gaming.

Experiencia fantástica: I went into the store to purchase all the cables I needed for the Nintendo Wii as I only had the console and nothing else and Adam (I think his name was) and Crystal (hopefully I spelled her name right) were extremely friendly and helpful! They helped me find wha I needed and I went on my way. Upon getting home one of the cables appeared faulty when I set the system up. I called the store to start the process of swapping the av cable as I thought that was the initial issue. They asked if I could bring everything with me when I came back and Crystal helped me trouble shoot the wires and it turned out my ac adapter was the issue. They swapped it out easy peasy and even let me have the av to hdmi they were using in store as the one I bought was a little too bright when the Wii was on. TLDR; AWESOME customer service and overall amazing experience so come check them out next time you’re looking for retro game needs or even some newer stuff as they had a lot in stock!

The owners are very sweet and know so much about gaming. I always spend money here(haha). And I always have my 3DS on me just in case of a street pass!

Not only was she down to earth but also incredibly knowledgeable and sincere. In our current market it's hard to find someone with integrity and a good sense of humor, and I was able to find both here. Experiencia fantástica: I shop here all the time and honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners didn’t just build a game store, they built a community. People come in to talk games, share pickups, get recommendations, and connect. That atmosphere is a huge part of why this shop stands out from big box stores and why so many of us keep coming back week after week. I saw another review criticizing the counter conversations and I don’t know what he’s talking about. If you need help, saying “excuse me” goes a long way. Standing there silently and then blaming customer service feels misplaced. The owners have always stopped what they’re doing anytime I or anyone else needed assistance. Great selection, fair prices, and even better people. If you’re into gaming at all, this place is absolutely worth your time.

Experiencia negativa: Walked in there looking to purchase a 360 or ps2/ps3. I walked in the store, wasn’t greeted or anything. Basically 5 people were at the counter talking to the employees (not purchasing anything) just shooting the shit. I looked around and waited around 5-10 mins for their conversation to wrap up. And it didn’t, so I left, and when I left I wasn’t even acknowledged and or told bye have a nice day. Poor salesmanship and customer service, tell ur regulars they can chat with you after.

Experiencia fantástica: Trying to start a new chapter in my gaming life and after calling over 10 stores to find an Original Xbox, Level Up was there to save the day. They were supportive on the phone, saved aside an item for me until I got there, absolutely amazing prices, I was truly blown away. Had a great conversation with the team, and was on my way. Got home and realized I needed a special cable for my TV, didn’t panic and immediately called Level Up who yet again was there to save the day. They kindly waited for me to arrive just a few minutes before closing and helped me with everything I needed. Truthfully, I don’t think my experience could’ve gone any better. Will definitely be making more trips to this store! Thanks again Level Up, you guys are great!!

Experiencia positiva: I originally got Skylanders Swap Force, but the disk was quite scratched, so it never worked. Went back to get it resurfaced (Yes, they can resurface disks, if you're polite enough.), but they noticed afterwards that the disk had a pretty deep and nasty scratch that persisted pretty stubbornly, so they told me there was a good chance the disk was screwed for life (It was, unfortunately.), but they so nice as to let me have Skylanders Giants as compensation (And that works perfectly fine.). Not a bad experience overall!

Experiencia fantástica: The store itself is an awesome dose of nostalgia with a very friendly atmosphere, very fun to browse and you never know what you will find. I saw a lot of very neat stuff you don't really see anymore except online. I sold/traded off my older collection of mostly 7th gen Sony games and I received an incredibly fair offer. And trust me when I say it beat the heck out of trying to piece it out on Ebay where from personal experience in another hobby the hassle/fee's can make it more trouble than it's worth doing piecemeal. I know that my items will end up with someone who appreciates them while also having the benefit of helping to support a local small business which is what we should all strive towards. One last thing Sue I took your advice and I did take my wife out to dinner and she said to make sure I thanked you when writing this review. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend if you are looking for older gen games/systems or have a collection you are seeking to trade/sell that you visit LevelUp.

They have such a great selection of games, consoles and game related things, it's always fun to come back and see what new stuff they have in stock, and they always have really great prices too! Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service. Friendly staff and management. No... that's an understatement. They have the friendliest, most welcoming staff of any retail store I've been to! And that's coming from someone who worked retail for 15 years! The pricing, at times, can be a bit high, but usually it's right in line with the market value. Most of the selection is common titles, often in fair to poor condition, but they also have a decent selection of rare titles in excellent condition. Although, the pricing on those tends to be pretty high. However, the owners are very reasonable and super down to earth, so they are often willing to negotiate prices with you. As a retro game collector, this is, by far, my favorite game store in NH!

Experiencia fantástica: BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I bought 6 PS2 games in total, and one of them did not work. They replaced it, no questions asked, and we tested the game before I left. There's an amazing selection, amazing people, and an amazing experience. This place is one of my go-to spots for PS2 games. I will be going back

Good selection, easy to understand pricing (and usually very competitive on prices!) and everyone working there is friendly and helpful and happy to chat about games or answer questions. Experiencia positiva: I was finally in the area and had an opportunity to visit Level UP Gaming today and this is my honest review. I mainly collect for NES, SNES and Genesis currently. Level Up has a meager selection. Really not all that many games to choose from for these systems, but the commons that they did have in stock were very reasonably priced. I suspect that's probably why there wasn't much inventory, but since this was my first visit I cannot confirm nor deny this. The girl working behind the counter was incredibly polite and courteous. Genuinely seemed happy to be there which was really nice and made my visit feel more welcoming. They had some figures and other random game merchandise as well including a few rarer World of Nintendo figurines, markup was about 20% over online prices which wasn't too bad. If you needed a gift last minute and didn't want to wait then this may be a good spot. I saw lots of other games for newer systems as well, but I didn't really look too closely at them as that's not what I'm currently interested in collecting. I'll give this place another go if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again. For NES, SNES and Genesis I'd give it three out of five stars.

I’m an avid guitar hero fan and went to see that their ps2 WIRED guitar was priced at 60 dollars… goodwill always has them and eBay as well. Overall, the store has a great selection and will probably have what you’re looking for, but a lot of the prices may keep you from purchasing. The staff is very friendly as well, I just wish I didn’t feel like I was walking into DKOldies.

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best game store I’ve ever been to in general, literally stopped going to GameStop because this store is nothing short of amazing. Their prices are just amazing, and trade-in values are fair. Just ask the employees on how they do trade-ins if your confused on why the amount might be lower than you anticipated. The costumer service is probably some of the best, the employees are always willing to help out or just chat with you while you look around, it’s an amazing atmosphere, I even know two of the employees by name. Probably the best game store I’ve been in, great prices, sweet and helpful staff, great soda selection incase you come in thirsty sometime, just an amazing store all around.

I'm a full on collector and live down the street from this shop but its probably the one ive been to least again because of the steep prices. I get that you should get your moneys worth but not when you didnt pay nearly anything for it and then to ask above retail for it? Greed is not something I have the patience for. I have three items from their store in very good condition. Would be my go to if they weren't so keen on their high prices. 3 stars overall good store and I would recommend to others Edit: Year later and still the same but a bit worse. They're NEVER OPEN! I know they open at 12 but most days they're closed with no explanation. Has caused me not to enter the store in at least 3 months. I dont see this business staying much longer.
