Negative experience: I been going to this gamestop since it first opened up back in 2009, And as of now every time i call to ask questions they never answer the phone. It seems like when i go to the store and the phone rings they answer the phone. I don’t know if its just laziness, or they don’t wanna be bother, or they don't know how to multitask. When you’re in the customer service field multitasking is crucial, But they need to do better with answering the phones.

Negative experience: I had to got to the store twice after they sold me a broken controller to use it. My father had to call and speak to the manager I am shopping at Walmart from now on.

Fantastic experience: Great place to shop in for kids even adults and they speak Spanish if you can’t speak English,

Positive experience: Unfortunately during March 24th I have to update my review on Paterson's GameStop. During the 24th some employe by the name of "Frangy" didn't want to sell me the Resident Evil 4 remake because I looked like a minor. I literally had to grab my ID just so I could prove that I wasn't.

On 12/12/2020 GameStop announced a release for the ps5 only in person went and stand on line from 2:30-5:00 I counted 25 people on line including my self, we did not see anyone come in or out of the store. Then a police officer came and went inside and then he came back out saying the ps5 was sold out!! And he also said they only had 5 ps5, Mean while none of the employees came outside to give us a update on sales. This a ridiculous and GameStop should be embarrassed by their way they conduct business especially on a very very big release such as the ps5.

Negative experience: Store didn't seem clean and awful customer service cashiers were talking to each other and not helping customers ,when a question was asked I felt like i was bothering and interrupting their long conversation , variety was good

Negative experience: For the past few hours I’ve been trying to call the store kept getting a message saying all associates are busy please call back in a minute

Negative experience: Employees gave away online orders that were already paid for and confirmed through their site. Their customer service level here is a joke. Rude, lazy, and unhelpful. Asked if there was more items in back that weren't on the floor and employee sighed and dragged her feet slowly like how dare i ask her to do her job. There are so many good gamestop's with good employees closing ther doors. Why is this dump still there?!
