Fantastic experience: Got 3 modern warfares for the PS3 and also 1 new modern warfare for the ps5. They were all in good condition and worked perfectly. I would 100% go here again for games.

Negative experience: Online and store hours do not match, i drove out to this location because it said online that it opened at 11:30 only to find out when I got here it doesn't open until noon. Really disappointing and a waste of my time

Negative experience: Came in to buy an Xbox and had to wait ten minutes locked out while the guy used the bathroom. Then he didn't know how to exchange this guy's merchandise which was another 29 mins. Eventually another guy came in to help him but they both ugnored all of us who had been waiting so we walked out. Horrible customer service and disorganized. I ordered my Xbox from Amazon instead.

Negative experience: Racist employees, not greeted & when they were helping the white folks they were nice to them. I asked how they are doing; no response. I asked for a game and they said they didn’t have it, when I clearly saw it. Horrible.

Positive experience: Compré un juego en línea y no venía en la caja, lo cambié y el que me dieron se paraba por error de disco, me lo volvieron a cambiar y finalmente funcionó, o sea 3 viajes para un juego. Le doy 3 estrellas porque el personal me atendió bien y me cambiaron el juego sin problemas.

I suggest you careful determine whether being a GameStop member is beneficial to you. The staff work with you on what you need and are super kind.

Negative experience: Terrible service I called to ask what kind of gundam kits they had in stock the guy refused had to drive almost 45 minutes to find out they only had SD gundam kits

Fantastic experience: We were a bit frustrated when we couldn't download Fortnite directly to our PS4 at home. We called our closest GS & they didn't have it in stock. So we called this store, & what an AWESOME experience we had! Oliver placed our game on hold so we could get in & out quickly. He also informed us about the sale that was happening the following day! We were the first ones in the store the next morning & were able to knock out some fantastic Holiday presents all at 50-60% off! This will now be our main GS! The customer service & in-stock stuff is the best we've experienced! Absolutely worth the extra miles on the car!

Negative experience: I've tried to give this place a try multiple times but it's always the same thing. My son and I walk in and are never greeted but if people of another race(white) come in, they are greeted as soon as they come in the door. It's sad that in 2020 this is still the case. When I came in today there was literally no one else in there except the two employees and neither said one word. With that being said, I decided not to give this place my money and I will not be back.

Positive experience: Everything about it is fine except danggg it's so messy here. There was an employee just hanging out and he was like, "I'm not even on the clock and I'm just looking for stuff to do!" and I was so close to being like, "You could... vacuum!" Lol. They have all this debris on the floor, sooo much merchandise cluttering the front counter for whatever reason, and things like the same plush toy found in multiple different places of the store. Idk I'm sorry for pointing out something as trivial as the cleanliness of a Gamestop.. it just doesn't make shopping there always so fun.

Negative experience: Was told I was missing just 1 piece on my Wii for them to do a trade-in for some emergency cash I needed that night. When I made the trip back the associate that gave me the information apologized and wished me good luck on getting to another store within 5 minutes which was obviously impossible. I've been going to this location for years and I felt like he could've tried a little more since he was the one who gave me bad information

Negative experience: The only good thing about this place is that they had what I was looking for. The employee was giving me a really sh*** attitude the whole time I was trying to pay.

Negative experience: They also sell the opened figures in display glass case with retail price but don’t accept customer do return opened boxes of collectibles. Funny policy lol.

Negative experience: Was told by one employee at a location that was closing on duke street to wait a week to trade up for the Xbox one x because this location would be offering 20% in a week to attract customers. After waiting I was informed that the discount did not apply to consoles. I'm addition to this I was given 3 different standards of what was supposed to be turned in in order to receive credit for an older system.

Fantastic experience: I went in today just to browse, and the first thing the male employee said was "nice t-shirt, are you excited for Nintendo Switch?" (I am wearing a Nintendo controller t-shirt.) We proceeded to chat about gaming stuff while I casually browsed - he hit the perfect balance of not crowding me and not ignoring me. And he treated me like a real gamer, female or not - something that doesn't always happen in gaming stores. I'll be back!
