Negative experience: It's stupid you want to give 50 dollars for a used Playstation but turn around and sell it for 118 to 120 that's a complete rip off your should be giving me the 118 to 120

Negative experience: Poor customer service and one of the employees is walking around with an open carry gun. Seems a bit overkill for a GameStop employee.

Negative experience: The lady kept soft hitting my ps4 controller TouchPad claiming it's defective yet I saw 3 times it light up on the first tap. Maybe actually touch the controller?? They would have made over 150 on my units for them to hand me 30$...their loss not mine

Negative experience: “Tristan was a great help! Super friendly and helped me quickly” was my original 5* review. Have to change my review cause tonight I swung after work, and was turned away. I pulled into the parking lot at 9:15. The hours online say it closes at 10 and it also said on their store front. I had to call in just to get an answer and was promptly asked to leave. Not good service at all.

Negative experience: Ok so I had a pretty meh experience. I was also lied to by an employee which I’m pretty sure was an assistant manager. Thankfully I did work with the manager the following day and they ensured me that what the previous employee had claimed was incorrect and the manager solved my issue while being friendly about it. But being lied to is the reason GameStop is currently digging their own grave. I’m not the first person I’m sure to write something bad about the company and I know I won’t be the last.

Fantastic experience: Lydia is a boss, literally and figuratively. Have been here a few times, most recently to pick up an accessory to fix a connectivity issue I was having. I already knew what I was looking for before coming here. Lydia was super helpful anyway. She was running to the shelves and back with products before I couldn't blink. She wasn't trying to up-sale me or push products I didn't need, but was instead giving alternatives and advice. She even googled a solution for me. The other staff has been super helpful before too with warranty replacements, returns, and other issues like cache clearing on my console. This is how a store should run.

Fantastic experience: I shopped here at about 6:30 AM on Black Friday. The store was crowded, but not crazy. I got about the most energetic and friendly greeting imaginable from one of the employees here. I told her what I was looking for and she took care of it quickly and with a smile on her face. I've visited dozens of Gamestops over the years. What separates them is size and staffing. This is one of the smaller Gamestops, but it is staffed well. We periodically stay with family about 5 minutes from this store. I will be sure to stop in and browse the next time I'm in town.
