Negative experience: Came to this gamestop this past Friday March 8th during "Open" hours at 11am but it was closed! I waited for about an hour since I had time to spare and an employee never showed up to open the door. There were SIX other people that came and went. USPS even showed up and was surprised to see the store closed. Poor management with employees that don't show up to work. This is actually the second time this happened to me at this location.

Fantastic experience: Throughout all my years, I have never encountered a manager who cared so much! The way she went above and beyond to acknowledge me and ensure everything was in order was honestly surprising because I don’t often experience customer service like that. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough, and I don’t even say that as a joke. I am almost certain her name was Melissa. Thank you again!

Negative experience: Don’t do it! The day orders are shipped but they never get the package picked up and refuse to refund my money. GameStop ruined my sons birthday. From what I gather from the customer service it is a total scam they have. They print labels so it shows items are going to be shipped even if they can’t fulfill the order and the label just sits printed! Without an actual package to de delivered and refuses to give customers their money back. Run from this store

Fantastic experience: Super knowledgeable staff that's always helpful. Seems like they're short staffed sometimes, but even when that's the case, they're here to help out and answer questions.

Negative experience: I see they're known for going against GameStop company policies. Really sad when this is the only GameStop around. Do not go here, the san Rafael GameStop has no problem doing every part of the job and they're much nicer ! Definitely worth the drive. Not sure how this one has managed to stay open when they're so bad

Negative experience: I bought an item from another store. Tried to return at this store the guy straight lied said I could not it return at there store. I called corporate they apologized for the inconvenience. They are not honest on there policies here or they don't know them. Bad customer service.

BUT when I tried to reorder the only stores that carry the item, if they really do, are in SACRAMENTO! Their online catalog features of out of sale, not in stock items: that they will never restock leads new gamers to believe these items still exist at much lower prices than they will ever be available at again! Positive experience: The past 2 times I've been, there were 2 ppl in the store but only one in the front. If they're ringing someone up, it takes a while to get to you. And I had to ask for assistance as opposed to someone coming up and asking how they could help. It's a very small store, so you'd think they'd offer customer service as in, going out of their way to want to help you. I rated so high because the store itself always has what we came in for. Prices are decent.

Negative experience: They have a very nice staff, but the franchise is abusive, one used game have the price of a new one to sell. But if you want to sell they pay a symbolic price, this same game you sell for a dime, they will sell as high as possible. Ex. They pay $17.00 and sell for $69.00. please don't allow this people make money that easy.
