Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience my nephew and I had. David was very friendly and well knowledged in the products that my nephew was interested in. He even helped my nephew calculate prices that fit within my nephew's allowance. Definitely recommend shopping when David is around for a great experience. Been to a lot of Gamestops, and by far, he was the best. Even I had fun.

Fantastic experience: My husband and myself went to this location located at five points today 2/27/24 and had the help of a gentleman by the name of David. I was looking for an item for my grandson. He’s into Batman and he found exactly what I needed. David was super helpful and friendly. He meet my needs and went above and beyond. I will continue to visit this location going forward. Very satisfied.

I mean I understand the showing up a minute before closing but to not answer the phone when a customer is calling 3 times is not real good customer service

Negative experience: Called and asked if they had a game well let us know the game was there but failed to tell us they aren't taking cash until we drove all the way over from crosstown in corpus very unproffessional

Negative experience: Called In on the status of my order for my son, and the GameStop representative was not helpful answering my questions. If the store is out of stock with a certain game, look it up and don’t assume my order is being shipped cause it’s probably not in store. I asked if the other game was in store so I could pick it up, and I was told they weren’t on the order registry to look it up and hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: To put it simply, the workers were great at assisting other people and myself included while at the same time were very enthusiastic about gaming. They were very welcoming overall and also great at recommending specials, updated offers, and surprisingly knowledgeable about even the game play and story lines/plots about the games themselves. Lastly, the entire store looked quite neat and presentable. Just a great atmosphere overall to the point where I literally almost bought a $60 iron man backpack just because on how presentable it looked with all the merchandise. Had to hold off because I'm broke at the moment though, lol. I highly recommended this place, but of course, this is just my experience and opinion.

Positive experience: They have a variety of used games for different systems. Most were buy 2 get one free. We were there with my sister's grandchildren to allow them to get games with their gift card from Christmas. My sister ended up being talked into purchasing a membership plan so they got a little discount on the game purchase and will get to use these benefits throughout the year. It is a very tiny store and was packed. It was hard to breathe in there. But I have heaed it isnt always that busy.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. Was there to buy a game for my kids. Five year old had to use the bathroom bad. Asked the big guy if we can use the bathroom. In the rudest way possible said No (in a loud voice) looking at my five year old. Understand if that's their policy but why so rude. The store had alot of customers. Saw them make faces at the workers. Worked in customer service many years. Don't treat your customers like that. The other guy said we don't let anyone back there is. Understandable, with an explanation. Just NO with no explanation in a rude voice. Unacceptable. Will never go there again.
