Negative experience: My husband went to turn back in a pre-owned game that I had gotten for him that we had gotten a warranty sticker on, and he was immediately accused of stealing the game off the shelf, which is impossible to do considering they keep the discs behind the counter. They also refused to honor the warranty sticker or give a refund.

Positive experience: Traded in a controller that had warranty. It 2as pretty straightforward and easy to do. Salesforce seems confident and knowledgeable in the products

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually stop by this store to browse evey time I go to the meadow brook mall.

Negative experience: The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Behaves in an explosive manner not safe to have children around if you care about your children hearing obscenities or feeling afraid of someone having trouble controlling their anger.

Negative experience: The manager Denis called a customer a b**** with a store full of children while she was walking out of the store, then he proceeded to talk about the situation on the phone afterward cussing and carrying on with all the children still in the store. I have never seen this in the 12 years of shopping here. My family will no longer be shopping at this GameStop.

Fantastic experience: Wasn't crowded. They had Pokemon cards which were sold out at three other stores we had gone to earlier. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: It is usually been a hit or miss with me. Mainly, because some employees are just rude. But the one I go to a lot is at the mall in Bridgeport, W.V.. My buddy works there now as the store manager and it is terriffic!!!!. He is actually people with past retail experience, give him a shout.

Positive experience: Typical GameStop, lady behind the register said welcome to GameStop when I entered but otherwise me and a few patrons just wandered the store with no further interaction unless something was purchased.

Positive experience: I would rather go to the gamestop in clarksburg or Morgantown than the game stop at Meadowbrook Mall because there semi helpful but the customer service is not that great there only reason they get a 3 star is because there getting better than when I first went there because I would gave the a 2 star for overall because I called them on the phone one day and it was the manager I believe speaking when they finally picked up it was answered like this Gamestop what you need. Usually when you call any other came stop its usually answered like this thank you for calling game where did you know if you trade in... Or the new hottest game is.... Usually the other game stop are way way more helpfully than the Meadowbrook one recommended is you got technical question call or go to the one in clarksburg and if you got capturing question computer basically harder question the people in Morgantown usually are really smart and know what there talking about and doing and they got a 5 star rating they would have had a 4 but mud on the floor was kinda difficult to deal with when it was raining badly

Negative experience: Waited in line forever before leaving without the Xbox intended to purchase :( One employee working I presume and a lady having Nintendo switch issues holding up the line for nearly an hour. Clean, stocked store though, just one employee to assist many customers on 6/3/19 around 7pm.

Positive experience: It was a store and it sold games. The weirdest part was the Nintendo switch demo controllers wrte synced incorrectly which made demo playing impossible unless two people shared two different controllers backwards. I told the clerk and she didn't seem to mind.
