Negative experience: Closed down

Negative experience: The management has changed around multiple times within 2023 and the place is terrible now because of it. This use to be the GameStop where they actually pick up the phone to help you out, but now you can't even get help when you go in.

Negative experience: Indicates that they will be back at 1pm. Come back to store at 2pm and states that they are close even though signs says they are close at 7pm and they have their sign saying open.

Fantastic experience: The staff is friendly and always willing to help you out

Negative experience: Super disappointed during my last visit. There was a B1G1 sale being promoted, but I was having trouble navigating the website to narrow down switch games that were included. I went in, 3 employees, 1 other customer being helped at the register, so I went over to the switch game section. Couldn't really see anything being advertised so, I waited and looked around until the customer at the register was done. After that, they staff at the register, greeted me and asked if they could help. I mentioned the B1G1 and none of the staff seemed to know what I was talking about. I had to pull out my phone and show them the website showing a few games at B1G1 and even gaming news articles about it and still, nothing. Then, one of the staff mentioned that they had a sheet of all the games that were part of it, but someone threw it away. After that, the other 2 staff just leaned and stared at their phones. So, to try even more, I just asked if they could look up which first party switch games were part of the B1G1 and the staff member paused, looking confused, and replied "What do you mean by first party games?". I explained that it was anything published by Nintendo and then they went down a list of irrelevant RPG's and indie games. At that point, I just said thanks anyway, and left the shop. This was a couple weeks ago. This is my neighborhood GameStop and I don't remember that staff being clueless in a video game store.

Positive experience: They are willing to help when asked. They also let gamer to have their personal space. Cool

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst locations. The store wasn’t even busy and the employees don’t have the time of day to help out or be friendly.

Fantastic experience: It was great experience.. it was my first time in this location so it was nice to get to meet their team. They were very helpful, kind and informative.

Positive experience: Hard to find older PS4 and XboxOne games. A lot of these newer games are not worth full price, so being able to play something right away is more convenient than waiting a week or more to get it in the mail. These stores only have whats current, same goes for POP figures. Customer service is usually good and helpful, but don't know much about games or whats going on in gaming industry.

Negative experience: Very rude cs rep; recommend gamestop down the street if you actually need help.

Fantastic experience: Great place!! Its smal, but it more than makes up for its size in the tenacity and friendliness of its employees! I wish I remembered the name of the guy helping me, but he was great. Asked what I was looking for, helped me find it right away. even apologized for being on the phone, despite the fact that it was a purely professional call about inventory, as if I'd be upset! I bought an iced Kait Controller and Gears 5 Ultimate edition, he even helped me use my rewards to get the Jack Drone set!! Thank you again you sly sales guy! Will definitely be returning to this gamestop next time I need equipment and games ❣

Negative experience: Kelly was super rude, wanted to buy a game for myself and she didnt sell it to us because she thought it was for my brother who was under 17. When the other day the employees let me buy a game with my brother and etc. Kelly if you dont like your job then quit it.

Negative experience: Didn't go to GameStop metro is next door owned by private owner this metro was very welcomeing I suggest that you go to the main store or Rio rancho the corporate metro they're very nice there

Negative experience: I can understand that they are busy but they don't seem to ever answer the phone. I called in a few times with plenty of time in between each call but they did not pick up. I decided to just arrive and when I get there I see two associates and no one in store with both just having a conversation and ignoring any phone calls from other customers. To make matters worse when I was buying a game it was completely gutted whitch is why I was calling ahead to try to avoid. I used to like the people who work there but a recent change in staffing really ruined the customer experience. It used to be a decent location that can hopefully get back on track.

Negative experience: Be damn careful of these guys. I bought a console and found one cheaper somewhere else so I decided to return it. Apparantly I voided the warranty by removing some screws and taking out an entire part of it and now they wont accept it, this is literally the day after I bought it. All I did was play one damn game for like an hour and put it back in the box a couple hours later. I called support and they told me the guy was supposed to refund it. So they basically sabatoge your stuff to keep you from returning it.
