Negative experience: Reason for a 2 star review because staff was barely any help but I’m absolutely disappointed about Gamestops shipping time.I made a pre order that was supposed to be released last month and I still haven’t gotten my pre order in yet because shipment, if shipment was on time like they always be i would’ve gave a 5 star review furthermore the store is good but staff are barely any help staff i go to the store daily to get updates and they tell me it’s still in shipment and when I ask when would they be here they give me a random day to the point i don’t even believe them one dude say come Monday i say ok came today and ask and say still in shipment i ask when they’ll be here he say probably tomorrow I doubt it’ll be here tomorrow so I’m gonna call to not waste gas i even called and them not answering the phone was a issue with me too but they still weren’t any help on the phone either but no,this isn’t the first time this happen. First time I had to almost wait a full year to get a pre order that was supposed to release in September of last year. (Sep11,2025)if I remember.I had to canceled that pre order get my money back and went to another store all the way in Springfield Massachusetts collection shop that had my item in stock for higher price lucky they accepted my trade in for it and now I may have to cancel my purchase and get my money back on this one because this is the second time that it happened. If you are a GameStop member I highly recommend to think hard before making a pre order for collectibles and figures games are nothing we get games on time and day of release, I’m never doing pre orders again unless it’s only for a video game. Once a pre order is revealed I recommend waiting for it to release b4 even thinking about making a pre order or just put a $5 down payment if that item is really worth getting. I may give it some thought now b4 I decide to pre order something again other then games. But this is definitely upsetting for me that this happened again to my pre order.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic GameStop location that has a decent selection of retro consoles and games. The systems were displayed in a glass case which was nice. Professional employee behind the counter I was immediately greeted as soon as I entered the store. Highly recommend!

Always use cash in this establishment if the system is slow they will still charge u and give u nothing even after it approved.....hate scammers

The worst part about this specific store atthis location is that they DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS!so if you are from out of town and do business with them,just keep in mind d that you would have to go to the location if you have an issue with your purchase. I had to drive an 1½hrs to check if my little niece left her little wallet at our previous 1 and on ly visit simply because the will not answer the telephone and no answering services either! What an inconvenience!

Negative experience: I went to buy a joystick that had a specific price tag on it, but when I got to the register, The salesperson convinced me to purchase a warranty for $50. Then it rang a higher price. It was marked with a sticker that said was 179.99 now 159.99.You would think that, since the lower price was clearly displayed on the sticker, he would honor it. However, he did not. As someone with experience in retail management, I know that the right thing to do would have been to honor the lower price to avoid losing a customer.

Went to there the other day and unfortunately the store closed early at 6, there were still people in there and it was only 6:20 so I stood out side looking for a number to call cause I just had a order to pick up, and before I knew it the manger opened the door and said "hi we are closed but is there something you really needed" and I explained I just needed a order pick up and it took me 30 mins to get to there, she was very nice let me in let me pick up my order and we even had a conversation about work and how it is working at GameStop, could not be happier with my service! The manger and the other worker was very nice and welcoming and they really didn’t need to help me but they did. Will definitely try to stop at this GameStop anytime I can!
Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for three years and everyone expect for one red headed “manager” has given great service. But honestly this “manager” needs to be fired she is super unprofessional, disrespectful and standoffish. Not only that but she will try to refuse service whenever she can. If you see her working do yourself a favor and leave.

Negative experience: I went here to sell an old console. They were supposed to be open at 12 but there was a sign of 1230. That was okay. I waited. Then the employee checked my console and told me that the controller didn't work but I had to show her how to sync it. The whole time she was making faces and making horrible comments about the other customers. She gave me the same attitude but I just ignored it. I will never go to this location again and customer service should be a priority in a business like this.

Negative experience: Placed an online order for pickup in store. Store marked the order as ready for pickup even though they did not have the item in inventory. Drove a half hour to pickup my order. Girl behind the counter was very rude, told me it "wasn't her problem". Took a week of calling and emails to finally get my order cancelled and refunded. Thanks! That's the way to keep customers coming back. Also, the store was a wreck, merchandise scattered about, looked like a teenagers room. Take your business online, or to other stores.
Positive experience: Not bad for the location and the selection has a collection of Xbox playstation and Nintendo games.the PS5 controllers are pink as of now and the system itself won't be back in store till near the end of the month.tge staff could be better trained when it comes to Gaming in general.3 out of 5.

But me and my husband were picking out a game for the PS4 and this gentleman by the name of Eric was staring my husband down, and standing literally behind us making us feel so uncomfortable. I bought my game and left the store. Pretty horrible experience if you ask me. Feeling pressured to buy something because someone thinks you're stealing... The crazy part there's cameras so there is really no need for the whole stare down to the death.

Negative experience: DO NOT trust same-day home delivery from this store. I ordered a Nintendo Switch at noon and was told it would be delivered by 8 pm, and that I would receive regular text updates to let me know the progress. By 8:30 I had still received no updates, and the status of my order on the website was “waiting for delivery pick-up at the store.” When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the order had already been picked up 2 hours before and that I just needed to be patient, and that if I needed to reach out again, to connect with DoorDash, who was handling the delivery. 2 more hours later (10:30 pm) I have still heard nothing and received nothing. When I contacted DoorDash, they told me they were not able to look up the order because it was placed through GameStop. When I contacted GameStop again, they told me it was just a “failed delivery” and there was nothing they could do besides refund the order, which would take 3 days (probably more because it’s a holiday weekend). So essentially, someone claimed my purchase, and stole it, and neither GameStop had any means of tracking it. How is this a viable business model? How is this good customer service? Awful and incredibly disappointing, will definitely be making the actual purchase of the Switch somewhere else. Please do not advertise services you cannot actually fulfill.

Positive experience: I've been coming to this Gamestop for around 15 years now and I've always have a great experience. Recently, the store NEVER answers the phone, no matter the time of day. If I have a simple question, I shouldn't have to call a gamestop that's a few towns over.

I didnt take a pic but controller in box said day one 2013 with rubber bands holding the wires. Gamestop needs to go out of buisness already if these are the shady ways they are pushing used systems as new. Just get your stuff at best buy or amazon.
