Fantastic experience: This store and its staff was an absolute lifesaver tonight!! After spending all day looking for a specific JJK plushie for a gift, Luis and the rest of the team did everything they could to help me find it! And they did find it!! 10/10 experience and a wonderful team

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life the manager James didn’t wanna come to the front. The whole staff was uninviting. I only had one new person helping me. They acted like my item was no good which I understand I guess but I was there 45 minutes plus waiting for nothing I will not recommend anyone in the valley go to this GameStop. Worst experience ever left my kids crying.

Positive experience: It's cluttered and a mess. Just hectic. They charge well over MSRP on TCG product. A retail store is basically scalping. Not a good business model

Negative experience: I want to say before anything that the main manager of the store is a great guy. When I bought from him he simply said good luck on your rips. I work a lot all week and Pokémon openings are what I like to do for fun. But when I went in today I bought my packs only to be called a reseller by the game spot employee named Montse. Even if I did resell which I don’t, it’s not any of her business to make me feel like I’m being accused of something. I told her I didn’t appreciate her comment and that was rude to say and she just told me to walk off and go about my day. I tried to report this behavior to an employee named “Money Mike” on his name tag and asked him for a manager. He proceeded to tell me no managers exist at this store and that he’s the manager which I know isn’t true I’ve met the manager and he’s not rude like these 2 individuals were. He told me that no managers come in on any day then proceeds to get in my face almost put his chest against mine and telling me I had to leave and that my complaint was not valid. I didn’t leave and kept asking to know when there was going to be a manager available so I can report the behavior of these employees and finally another female employee, don’t know her name, intervened to de escalate the situation. and gave me the proper information I needed. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and those 2 individuals Money Mike and Montse are very rude employees. The manager I don’t know his name either but he’s a very good guy and not representative of these 2 employees at all and I just had to bring this to anyone’s attention.

Negative experience: I guess employees like to give attitude at this location. Guy on the phone hung up on me after asking one question. Rude yes, but you know what. I hope they find inner peace/happiness

Fantastic experience: Good place only complaint is they never restock the model kit aile when its run out. Or have more variety same crap all the dam time.

Negative experience: Was looking around the store, when someone called the store looking for pokemon cards. The girl that answered was super rude to the customer, and proceeded to complain and cuss about them once they hung up the phone. Not to mention the set up on the funko pop section is horrible.

Fantastic experience: James was awesome. He helped me and explained the process of grading some of my Pokémon cards then he explained the perks of being a pro member so I signed up. Even got a shipping discount. Service was great and I had to express my experience there at GameStop at the mall.

Negative experience: Went in a couple months ago to Pre-Order an item. Got the date of release, no phone call, no status, so went in to store only to have them say, well they’re in the warehouse and apparently they haven’t shipped. Totally ridiculous excuse just to point the finger at someone else and not have a definite answer for the delay of arrival. What’s the point of the Pre-Order when it’s not even being fulfilled for customer satisfaction! Never Pre-Ordering from GameStop in general. Totally get the reason why this company is going under.
