Fantastic experience: Good customer service and good prices.

Fantastic experience: Willie was super helpful getting me set up with a pro account while I was doing some last minute holiday shopping, the annual membership paid for itself with the deeper discounts in this single transaction. The store was super busy with calls and customers but I was able to find a bunch of really good gifts (I was looking for merchandise mostly like plushes, hats, shirts, etc.). While Gamestop is most known for video games and accessories, I really do consistently find great merch options and variety across the locations (staff offer to check for alternate styles, sizes, stock across their sister stores for you so you dont have to drive around).

Fantastic experience: Willi and his co-worker was so AMAZING!! They helped me after a bad experience at store #3503. The provided me help with my trade and I resigned up for my pro account. I highly recommend ☺️!!

Fantastic experience: Big shout out to Abby(I’m so sorry if it’s something else; but it definitely starts with an A). I purchased an Xbox one online, let me tell you. NEVER buy preowned consoles online. I learned my lesson. I showed her pictures of how it was received, she was like wow, this shouldn’t have been sold. Mind you I’ve been playing it for 10 days no issue. Until today when I decided to get GTA from the store an hour prior to the issue. Willis was very sweet and helpful. Big shout out to him as well. I got home, excited to play with my bestfriend. And I kid you not, the game did not come on the home page, I asked her(my bestfriend) if that was normal. She told me no. I typically play Nintendo. But I’m going outside my comfort zone. When I hit eject, it didn’t want to come out. I turned it off, turned it back on, hit eject, it came out alright… along with a toys r us gift card and a clothing tag. I was shocked. I called the store and said something is wrong with it. It’s new to me but I’m not sure what’s happening. She told me to bring it in. Abby looked at it, said she was shocked and said we’re getting something else. She had to call customer support and everything. Customer service goes a long way for me. I deal with it on a daily. But she was very kind, we had a nice conversation while waiting on the phone. I walked out with an Xbox ones series S. For 30 extra dollars. But overall I was happy. Thank you so much for helping me. You’re amazing. Please don’t ever leave! ♥️

Positive experience: Generally a good place to buy, not great to sell. Trade-In values are better though. The staff are usually pretty nice and generally helpful. Aside from selling games, Gamestop is a good choice to look for some games.

Fantastic experience: They had exactly what I was looking for and really friendly, helpful staff. I was at the Lem Turner store and you would struggle to find a better team of employees. Shop local and takes your items home with you. Zero wait time!

Negative experience: They never have anything I'm looking for. I honestly don't see how GameStop is still in business. All they're concerned with is trying to upsale you insurance, accessories, and pre-order games.

And the white guy that was working there was acting like he didn't want to help me at all with my simple questions I had. I wish I got his name. He was very rude and unhelpful.. I literally walked out and took my business to another location.

Tracey (hefty dude) what ever ur last name is first, when people are asking you question about a game dont be rude to them its your job to assist people with there question says so on your front door. Second, your damn floors are nastier then the ground outside. Instead of making rude comments to people how about you clean your store. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.
